third person pov:

taehyung was anxious about his doctors appointment today. he has been working so hard with his physio that he knows he will be disappointed if they dont see he is gaining any more strength. the brunette had a few problems with his knee today, it is aching a lot more. he assumed it was because he is working out a little more. 

he finds out more about his progress today. he has not been allowed to go out with friends, being anywhere that gives him a little anxiety can cause pain to his knee cause in situations where he is out of his comfort zone it can make him tense. 

taehyung was currently waiting for jungkook to show up at his place, the raven was driving him to his appointment. 

"tae, make sure you get a report of the results for the doctor and get him to email it to me. I want to be kept in the loop about how things are going" his mother said as she grabbed her bag to get ready to go to an appointment of hers. 

"will do mum, have a good day" taehyung yelled from the lounge as he heard her leave the house. the brunette sat on the couch reading a book without getting a headache which was amazing to him. as he flipped to the next chapter he heard the door open and looked towards the entrance to see jungkook walk in, shutting the door behind him. 

"afternoon handsome" taehyung winked, putting his book down as he stood up to walk jungkook who had his arms spread for him again. he immediately sighed when he felt those strong arms wrap around him. 

jungkook chuckled when taehyung nuzzled into his chest, as if he was trying to hide himself from the world. 

"can we just stay here and cuddle?" the brunette asked, looking up at jungkook who shook his head. 

"very tempting and as much as I want to we need to go to that appointment of yours" the raven replied, grabbing onto taehyung's hand as he tried to lead him to the car. the brunette whined the whole way to the car and the whole way into the hospital. 

"babe, I promise that as soon as this appointment is done we can go back to your house and cuddle. I am sleeping over tonight" jungkook said, as we sat down waiting for the doctor to call us in. 

"oh really now?" taehyung teased, looking at his boyfriend who nodded confidently. 

"who else will protect you from the monsters under the bed?" jungkook questioned, causing taehyung to giggle and wrap his arm around the males strong one. 

"my knight and shinning amour" the brunette pecked his cheek a couple times before resting his head against his shoulder. 

"are you nervous?" jungkook questioned after a few silent moments. 

"yeah, quite nervous actually" he admitted, his good knee bouncing out of nerves. 

"everything will be fine love. your here, happy, healthy and safe. if you need more physio or rest time that is fine. eventually you will get better. it takes time my love" taehyung loved how well jungkook could reassure people, he listened and paid attention to every detail of how someone feels. 

"you're the best" taehyung whispered, locking their fingers together when they heard 

"kim taehyung" from his doctor who was standing with a clipboard in his hands. both males got up as soon as they heard the brunette's name being called. they walked into the doctors room hand in hand until taehyung sat on the hospital bed. 

"its so good to see you up and walking again taehyung. how is the pain going?" the doctor asked, getting taehyung to roll his pant leg up so he can see the knee.
