The Fault In Romance

third person pov:

jungkook decided to just make a stir fry as it would be easier and more fulling. it also meant there would be leftovers if taehyung wanted more later on. after everything was ready, the raven let it cool down so he can re-heat it later whenever the brunette felt hungry. jungkook felt like it had been way too long since he last checked on taehyung even though it was probably ten minutes ago that he was last in the room. 

he walked upstairs and smiled as soon as his eyes landed on taehyung who was awake. 

"you dont have to keep coming to check on me" taehyung whispered, reaching his hand out for jungkook who sat beside him on the bed and held onto his hand. 

"I will always come check on you" jungkook winked, hiding his smile when taehyung giggled. 

"how are you feeling?" the raven asked, looking at taehyung who shrugged. 

"okay I guess. I have not moved my leg so that probably helps, I need to go toilet though. how is all that going to work?" taehyung questioned, looking at jungkook who had an idea but was not sure if taehyung would be comfortable with that. 

"either you can have a shower and pee in the shower or I will carry you to the bathroom and you can use the bathroom. you let me know when your done" the raven said, taehyung nodded and lifted his arms up. 

jungkook smiled and lifted him up and took him to the bathroom, he placed him on the toilet seat and pecked his forehead. 

"let me know when your done" he whispered closing the bathroom door behind him. he waited in the room for a little bit until he heard the toilet flushing and taehyung calling out his name. the raven walked back in and helped taehyung back on the bed. he walked towards the draw and got out the hand sanitiser. 

"since it may be hard to wash your hands I got this yesterday, thought it might be easier for you" jungkook said, squeezing a little amount onto the brunette's hands. 

"thanks gguk" taehyung whispered, rubbing it into his hands. 

"are you going to have to help me shower?" taehyung questioned, looking up at jungkook who sighed.

"yeah I will, I dont have to though. is there anyone else your more comfortable w-" he was about to continue when taehyung interrupted. 

"no, I am comfortable with you. we have already seen each other naked so it wont be that awkward" taehyung giggled causing jungkook to follow along and smile. 

"if I was not here cause of training is there anyone else you would feel comfortable helping you with that stuff?" jungkook asked

"yeah, jimin. when we went to camp we ended up showering together cause we did not trust that someone was not going to walk in." jungkook smiled and nodded. he does not like the idea of anyone seeing his boyfriend naked but since jimin already has and he is a taken man it makes it a lot easier to let happen. 

"you just let me know if you want a bath or a shower, I will have to hold you up if your having a shower but I got a stool for it so you can sit down. what would you prefer tonight?"

"maybe a shower, so you can shower with me" taehyung whispered, clutching onto jungkook's hands as his eyes started to close. 

"you want to nap?" jungkook asked and taehyung nodded, his eyes still shut. 

"I will go downstairs" he whispered but taehyung whined and shook his head. 

"stay, please" taehyung whispered, there was enough space for jungkook to lay next to him so he did so. 

"you can watch your program" he whispered again after placing his head on jungkook's chest, a hand on his waist as he started to fall asleep. the raven had the tv remote on the bedside table to grabbed it, he turned on his favourite show 'bones' while making sure taehyung was comfortable. he had the volume on quite low so it did not bother taehyung. 

jungkook could still hear what was happening on the show which was great. he did not not usually have the tv on loud anyways, only when he is cleaning and going from room to room. 

it was nice to just have taehyung safe and comfortable in his arms.
