As shadow the hedgehog returned to base landing the space ship that was more of a rocket and He climbed out the small circular basement saying "I need some help down here boss" He hears shadow and Orders men to go. They assist shadow in removing scraps for parts the boss says "I'm happy for you it might seem like I'm trying to break my men at every corner but it's actually to make them stronger by facing their fears and If they break they become fine assistants accept for that one guy, Joe we don't talk about him" shadow made a shocked face shaking his head. Joeseph went crazy on one mission were he kept having to pillage places because of his greedyness they used him to recover stolen property of the agency yet this scared him internally as he always was met to his face with a gun on solo missions. He developed a fear for guns and What makes it even worse is the company was literally armed to the teeth with guns even the building was once named g.u.n it was changed to be more family friendly. It was called g.u.t which was rather funny at first until the company improved its cases ranking up past other company's gaining their fearful status back once again, The boss ordered others to move the parts to the warehouse outside to the right of the building.

Shadow was the first one on his way to the warehouse no one followed him atleast that's what he thought until he heard a branch snap behind him he looked to the bushes his ears twitched. He asked "Who's there?" Then before he van turn around his boss says "Shadow?," he turns to his right saying "Oh it's just you thought I heard some type of animal" he held his chest for a minute calming down. His superior said "Your being promoted It's time for a new scenary a original field mission coming up for you, Its what you used to love when he was around" shadow says "You don't mean?" He says "Spy on Eggman but with Rouge just to get you used to the setup again or if you need anything team work is what we're all about of course she'll never replace sonic" shadow sighed. He thought, Why did it have to be Rouge she'll baby me even though their similar in age Rouge acts too much like a grown women or mother yet, he says "Well atleast she is a very motivational partner I might need that" he smiled. Once he blushed lightly, Sonic saw that something in his expression snapped his pupils dilated for a min his eyes looked like slits he was showing nearly his red color as he holds it back he felt sick to his stomach but he didn't know what this feeling was.
