Chapter 37 - The Co-Founders

It is now two days after the Mid-Year Exams as everything is beginning to settle. Lukas and Zai decided to take a trip to the mall today as they wanted to come up with something unique. 

Sonzai: "Hey Lukas, what is it that you want anyways?"

Lukas: "Well from what I read up, I think we might be able to create a feast worth of food today."

Sonzai: "I see, so we just simply find some ingredients and put them in a pot?"

Lukas: "What? No. I was thinking that we work together on the cooking together, though I don't think Kson knows how to cook..."

Sonzai: "Very well, I see your point. Since we passed the Exams, I believe we should add in some celebratory meats."

Lukas: "That could work..."

The two were pondering on what they wanted to make while standing outside of the entrance to the mall. They both eventually came to the conclusion that most of their food is going to be meat orientated while the minor things like vegetables will be done last as like a side dish, which Lukas found a bit odd, but Zai was adamant about it. 

So they head on inside, finding the mall kind of crowded with all the tourists and locals, finding it hard for Lukas to see anything properly. Though Zai was the one leading the two onwards as he knew this mall like the back of his hand. Evidently, they decided to go food shopping first as they needed to plan their course meals, planning on saving for other days as well. 

Yet while looking for some food, Zai wondered off as he was focused on looking at all the juicy meats and some vegetables he believes might go well together. While leaving Lukas alone in the process, Lukas focused on the condiments and other sauces that might compliment the meats. Which while he was looking at the sauces, someone he knew went down the isle, which coincidentally they both accidentally bumped into each other. They both stabilized themselves as they looked at each other, blinking a few times. 

Lukas: "Ina?"

Ina: "Lukas?"

They both stared at each other for a moment, yet Lukas was the first to look away, clearing his throat as he tried to hide his embarrassment.

Lukas: "W-What are you doing here..?"

Ina: "Oh yeah~ I was looking around for some sauces that I could add to my takoyaki back at home. What are you doing here?"

Lukas: "Oh uh... Zai and I were planning s-some feast and collecting some ingredients we needed..."

Ina: "Oh? You're planning a feast? Just you two?"

Lukas: "Well... I was thinking of including my fiancé Kson. Though since we'll have large portions of food left, I doubt that I would be able to eat them all..."

Ina: "Well then, mind if I join then?"

Lukas blinked a few times in confusion, being thrown off guard by that, yet he began to blush considerably as he looked away, steam forming from his face.

Lukas: "I think..."

Sonzai: "Hey Lukas!"

Zai then appeared from behind one of the isles, walking up to them as he noticed Ina.

Sonzai: "Oh hey Ina."

Ina: "Hey Zai. Is it alright if I join along for the feast?"

Zai thought about it for a moment, getting into a thinking pose, but then smirked devilishly for a second as he wrapped his one arm around Lukas, slightly knocking him off balance.
