Tug of war

YN'S POV
Beep beep. Ugh, my boring alarm. Omg, yesssss, today is a tug of war competition in my muggle school. I waited forever for this day.

I started getting ready. This is going to be the best day of my life. I'm not competing tho. I'm the coach, I picked the team for my class and trained them so if we lose I'm going to be very disappointed.

I put on simple shirt and shorts, brushed my hair and washed my teeth. I looked at the clock it was already 7:30 am. I was running late. Luckly, I got there right on time so it was right 7:45. We all needed to be there 15 minutes early.

I was on my way to profesor who was explaining rules when I bumped into someone.

"Oh, I'm so sorry" I say as I look up to I see Mattheo, my lovely boyfriend.

"It's okay, darling" he says with a smile. Ah, even after 2 years of dating I still blush on that name.

"Where are everybody?" I ask looking around for my team.

"Over here" he says while taking my hand and leading the way to my team.

Y/f/n( your friends name) says"Hi"

"Good morning everybody, I'm gonna start with a speech. I'm sure you all know the rules cause I repeated them like 100 times. This isn't practise anymore this is real competition. I want you to win. I don't want to walk around the halls and being called loser. When people see us I want them to yell 'they are the winners'. So if you lose I will beat you up." and as I was talking with the corner of my eye I saw Mattheo staring at me.

MATTHEO'S POV

I was staring at her. I didn't hear a single word she said but I know she was trying to get us angry.

I was looking at her beautiful face scaning every inch of it. I didn't even realised she finished her speach.

We were all leaving when I hear someone call my name. I look back to see Y/n.  She walks over and stands next to me as she says "Win for me " and gives me a kiss on the cheak. Oh, I was blushing so hard as I left.

I was pretty sure I looked like a tomato. And the competition started. Her words  repeated in my head as we were competing and we won game after game. We were in finals. Are we going to win?

YN'S POV

They were in finals. Oh, God please let them win. We won the first round aaaaand WE WON. I was screaming and running towards my team.

As I ran to them Mattheo picked me up spining me around and kissing me. I felt 100 buterflies as he kissed me it was like bomb exploded in my heart. It was magical. My best day ever.

*1 YEAR LATER*

That was all last year. A lot of things changed. On example me and Mattheo broke up or another one Mattheo started dating Astoria Green Ass, oh, I'm sorry Greengeras who's probably dating him only because of his money and the worst part is I still love him.

Today is same day as last year also the same competition is hapening. I'm excited just not as much as I was last year.

And he's still on the team because no matter how much I didn't want him on team he was strongest in our class so I didn't have that much of a choice.

Beep Beep. Oh, how I love my alarm, note the sarcasam. I just got up and got ready let's go. Oh my God, I'm late again. I'm running the fastest I can right now. I made it. I'm not late.

And here they are on the same spot as the last year. And let me tell you when I saw Mattheo leaning against the tree I almost fell because of how hot he looked like. We made an eye contact until I looked away.
