Freen stayed alone in a large apartment. She opened the door with her keys, clapped to turn on the lights, and took a quick shower. A pop-up notification appeared, reminding her it was Jennie's birthday.

Freen called Laura. After a few rings, Laura answered the call.

"You haven't slept yet?" Laura asked Freen, glancing at the time on her phone.

"No. Cancel all the photoshoots tomorrow."

"Freen! Are you mad?" Laura shouted.

"I need to visit Jennie. It's her birthday."

Laura fell silent for a moment. "Shall I join you?"

"No. Tomorrow evening, we'll be moving to the new apartment. Make the arrangements for that."

"Freen..." Laura started to say.

"Okay, I'm feeling sleepy. Good night," Freen said, cutting her off and disconnecting the call.

"When are you going to come out of this phase, Freen?" Laura muttered to herself, feeling disheartened by Freen's life choices.

"I'm sorry, Jennie," Freen whispered as she looked at a photo on her phone.

The next day, Laura and Freen arrived at the new house.

"The house looks great. You have really good taste," Laura complimented Freen.

"Thanks. Let's go in," Freen said as she walked towards the main gate. Before she could open it, a cute little girl stopped them.

The little girl looked Freen up and down. Freen smiled at her. The girl was wearing a pink dress and had her hair tied up with a pink band.

"Hey cutie! Who are you?" Laura asked.

"First, tell me who you are! What are you doing here?" The little girl stretched out her arms, trying to block their way.

Freen silently looked at the girl with amusement.

"This is my friend's house. They went on a long holiday. Becky told me," the little girl said.

Freen chuckled and knelt down to match her height.

"My name is Freen, and what's yours?" Freen asked, extending her hand.

"Tell me!" The little girl pouted.

"We bought this house from your friend. Is that explanation enough?" Laura replied calmly.

The little girl opened her mouth to speak, but soon a voice called out from the opposite house.

"Rhea! Come here and finish your homework!"

"Oh, Becky's calling me. I need to go now. I'll talk to you later!" The little girl said before running off.

Freen smiled and glanced at the opposite house.

"Freen, how long are we going to stand here? Shall we go inside?" Laura asked.

"Sure," Freen said as she turned to open the gate.
