Over the next few months, Freen and Rhea's bond grew stronger. Rhea had brought light back into Freen's life, helping her rediscover a sense of joy and purpose. It was hard to ignore the change in Freen's behavior—she was more lively, smiling more often, and even those around her, like Laura, noticed how much brighter she seemed. Rhea had become a bridge between Freen and Becky, giving Freen reasons to spend more time with them. Dinners together became frequent, and Rhea often stayed over at Freen's house. Freen cherished every moment, feeling that life was finally falling into place.

But life has a way of bringing unexpected twists just when everything seems perfect.

Two months later, Freen was in her studio, busy going through her dialogues, when her peace was shattered. The door flew open, and an older man in a black suit, his face red with anger, stormed into the room.

Freen looked up, her heart sinking as she recognized her father.

"Again, Freen? You're ruining everything—my name and your career!" he yelled, throwing a manila folder onto her desk. Photos spilled out onto the table, showing Freen with a woman whose face wasn't fully visible.

"Who is this, Freen? Tell me!" he demanded, his voice booming with fury. "Do you have any idea how long I've worked to build this career for you? Ten years, Freen! Ten years!"

Freen felt her own anger rise. "Stop it, Dad. I know you helped me start, but I've built my career with my hard work. Don't forget that. And stay out of my personal life," she shot back, her voice firm.

"Stay away from my life," Freen repeated, turning to leave.

But her father grabbed her arm tightly, his voice lowering but becoming more menacing. "Don't forget what happened to Jennie. I'll make sure the same thing happens to anyone who steps out of line. Don't you forget that."

Freen's eyes flashed with anger. "Are you threatening me?"

"No," he said coldly. "I'm warning you. Stop seeing that cheap woman. Or else you'll see what I'm capable of." With that, he stormed out.

Freen stood frozen for a moment, unable to control the rage building inside her. She let out a loud scream and then started to throw everything off her desk, shattering whatever she could in her fury. After the storm of emotions passed, she grabbed her keys and left the studio, desperate for some peace.

She drove to Becky's house, hoping Rhea's presence would calm her. But as she arrived, she was shocked to see Rhea playing with a handsome man in the yard. The sight of the man made Freen's heart sink. Not wanting to face the situation or talk to Rhea, she turned to leave, but Rhea noticed her.

"Green!" Rhea shouted excitedly, running over to her. Freen knelt down and pulled Rhea into a tight hug, trying to ground herself in the comfort the little girl brought her.

"Green, are you okay?" Rhea asked, her eyes wide with concern.

"Yes, cutie pie," Freen replied softly, nodding her head.

"Look who's here! It's Non from London!" Rhea said excitedly, running back to the man and pulling him toward Freen.

Non stretched out his hand with a smile. "You must be Green, my angel's favorite friend. Rhea talks about you all the time. I asked her what she wanted from London, and she said she didn't need anything because her Green already gives her everything." He laughed, but Freen's heart was racing.

She forced a smile and shook his hand, but excused herself quickly, feeling overwhelmed. As she turned to leave, Rhea tugged at her hand.

"Green, are you angry with me?" Rhea asked, her eyes starting to fill with tears.

Freen knelt down again, taking Rhea's small hands in hers. "No, cutie pie. I'm just feeling a little tired, that's all," she said softly, kissing the top of Rhea's head. "I'll see you soon, okay?"

She said her goodbyes and quickly retreated inside the house, her heart heavy with the weight of emotions she couldn't yet understand or process.
