"How is she?" Sierra rushed into the hospital, panic clear in her voice. Freen held onto Rhea's hand as they both approached the doctor.

"We're doing everything we can," the doctor responded gravely. "There was a lot of blood loss. We need to proceed with surgery, but we won't know anything for certain until the next 48 hours."

Freen looked at the doctor, her voice soft but desperate. "Can I see her?"

After a moment, the doctor nodded, allowing them to enter.

Freen and Rhea stepped into the ICU. Seeing Becky lying motionless on the bed, Rhea rushed over, trying to wake her up.

"Mami, Becky, wake up!" Rhea cried, tugging at Becky's hand and turning to Freen for help. "Green, wake her up!"

"Cutie pie, stop crying. Becky is fine. She just needs to rest for a little while," Freen whispered, trying her best to console the little girl, though her own heart was breaking.

A few moments later, Sierra entered the room. "Freen, I’ve already informed Irin and Richee about Becky’s condition," she said softly, though her face reflected her disappointment.

Sierra’s eyes met Freen's. "You’ve really let me down, Freen." With that, she gently took Rhea out of the room.

Now alone, Freen turned her gaze to Becky, lying on the hospital bed, so pale and fragile. Freen sat beside her, taking Becky’s hand into her own. She kissed her hand gently, her tears falling as she whispered, "Becky, please... don’t leave me."

Freen’s mind began to drift, replaying all her memories with Becky, from the moment they first met to all the times they shared. The memories soon mixed with flashes of Becky and Jennie, blurring in her mind.

"Becky, do you want to know how we met?" Freen said softly, her voice trembling but filled with hope. "Listen, I’ll tell you everything. But don’t keep your eyes closed for too long, okay? Wake up... not just for me, but for our Rhea. Please." Freen's voice cracked as she continued, hoping beyond hope that her words would reach Becky and bring her back.
