Chapter 19

After Freen's dad's visit, seeing Non at Becky's home, Freen became extremely busy with her work. She didn't want to concentrate on anything and avoided going home, preferring to stay on set. She made sure to call Rhea daily, but already two days had passed since she'd seen her.

"Finally, you came back home, Irin!" Non exclaimed as he hugged Irin.

"It was a hectic schedule! I tried to come, but it's just..." Irin began, searching for Richee.

"Aunty is searching for Uncle!" Rhea ran up to Irin and hugged her.

"My baby! You missed me!" Irin embraced Rhea.

"Yeah, of course, but less than Uncle," Rhea chuckled.

"Where are Becky and Richee?" Irin asked.

"They both went outside," Non replied just as Becky's phone started ringing; it was a call from Freen.

"Hi Freen! How are you?" Non answered the call.

"Becky?" Freen paused for a moment on the call.

"She went out and forgot her phone at home," Non replied. Irin wondered with whom Non was speaking.

Rhea soon snatched the phone from Non and began to speak. "Who is it on the call?" Irin asked.

"She's Freen, who stays opposite our home," Non explained.

"She's the one you talked about yesterday," Irin said, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes," Non replied, taking the luggage from Irin and helping her inside the house.

"I need to meet her! Richee told me about her bond with Becky and Rhea," Irin said.

"She's a little bit busy, but we can meet her," Non replied.

"I'll refresh and come back," Irin said, hugging Non before heading to her room.

"Green! I'm angry with you!" Rhea was still speaking on the call.

"Why, Cutie Pie?" Freen asked Rhea over the phone.

"When are you going to come? You promised me you would take me out for ice cream!" Rhea complained.

"I'll come soon, and I miss you a lot, Cutie Pie," Freen replied.

"No need! I'm hanging up the call, and I won't speak with you unless you come to meet me," Rhea declared before disconnecting the call.

Freen looked at her phone, shocked to see Becky and Richee approaching her at the workplace. "Hi Becky! Why are you here?" Freen rushed over to them.

"Rhea has become so stubborn lately; she misses you a lot. I came here to check if you're free so I can bring her here," Becky explained.

"I just spoke with her, and she's angry at me. Sorry, it's because of me," Freen admitted, looking at Becky.

"No, Freen, it's our naughty kid's mistake. I don't know where she got this stubbornness from," Richee laughed as he sat down in a chair.

"Wait for me! I'll finish the shot, and then we can go home," Freen said, making arrangements for the assistants to take care of Becky and Richee.
