SECTION F: The Eternal Adventure (Season 3)

CHAPTER 328

YVAINE'S POV: 

Days have passed, and I finally found the traitor of the organization. After the investigation that I've done for the sake of this fucking organization, I finally have the answers and the evidence that I need to obtain to reveal the identity of the traitor.

The only thing that I have to plan now is how to execute the revelation and what punishment would be powerful and horrifying enough to set an example for other traitors of the organization. It should be perennial, a memory that couldn't be erased even after a decade had pass. 

"Yvaine," boses iyon ni Vienna. Nag-angat ako sakanya ng tingin.

"What?" I asked. She sighed heavily and sat down on the chair in front of my desk.

"Are you sure about your plan?" tanong nito habang nakakunot. Hindi ko alam kung may bumabagabag ba sakanya ukol sa aking plano.

'The only plan that she knows is my plan to go back to the Philippines. Other than that, wala na 'kong sinabi.'

"Of course. Why would not I be?" tanong ko. Sumandal ito sa sandalan ng upuan at pinag-krus ang kanyang braso. 

"Masyado pang maaga." tugon nito. Ako naman ang bumuntong hininga. Bago pa man ako makapagsalita ay agad na n'yang dinugtungan ang kanyang sinabi.

"We have more important things to do. Sa loob ng organization natin ay may traydor. Hindi ko alam kung ilan o kung anong plano nila but the way they move is too silent. Nagugulat nalang tayo may base na silang pinapasabog habang tayo, walang kaalam-alam." dugtog n'ya. Ramdam ko ang pangamba mula sa boses n'ya. 

She has a point, actually. My plan on going back to the Philippines seems hasty. Of course, in their point of view, however that is not the case for me.

'Nauubusan na 'ko ng oras. I have to execute the plan perfectly.'

Everything is still not under my control. Habang tumatagal, dumadami ang kalaban ko. And these people who are part of my past that keep spawning right in front of me is not a good sign. That only means one thing.

'They are coming back.'

"I said I'll handle those traitors. Bago ako umalis, sila muna ang uunahin ko." sagot ko. Vienna looked at me with suspicion in her eyes. I looked without emotion. She mustn't know what really is my plan.

"And how the fuck would you do that in just a week?" she asked. I smirked and looked down on the papers on my desk.

"Easy. I have their info." tugon ko. Nagulat si Vienna at napasinghap pa. Umirap ako sakanya.

"How?" tanong nito. Gulat na gulat pa rin ang babae.

"What? You don't trust me?" naiinsulto kong tanong sa babae. Umiwas ito ng tingin. Tingin ko ay tama ang hinala ko.

"Well, your beloved boyfriend is here and I thought you're doing reckless things to be with him faster." pagdadahilan nito. Bumuntong hininga ako.

"I understand your concern, but my personal life is not part of this. Hindi ko pababayaan ang organisasyon dahil sa lalaki." tugon ko. I built this organization. Kahit pa hindi ito ang main organization na tinayo ng angkan ko, my organization is still on top of other sub-org and my allies are all powerful. I can't just disappoint them just because I love a boy.

She sighed in relief. I guess I somehow lift whatever concern she might be feeling. Marahang tumango ito at tumayo na ang babae. Napansin ko ang pasimple nitong pagsilip sa papel ngunit tinakpan ko yun ng aking braso.

"I guess I could still rely on you." sagot nito. Tipid akong ngumiti.

"Of course you could. After all, I'm Yvaine Asteria, not Lisheine Hamilton." sagot ko. Marahan itong tumango at nagpaalam na na aalis.

Nilagay ko sa isang folder ang mga nakalap kong impormasyon at ilalagay na sana iyon sa drawer nang biglang malakas na bumukas ang pinto ng aking opisina at bumungad ang gulat na may halong takot at galit na muka ni Blake.

"Yvaine," pagtawag nito sa aking pangalan. Boses pa lamang n'ya ang naririnig ko ay agad ko nang natukoy ang pakay nitong sabihin.

'I know something had happened.'

"What?" maawtoridad kong tanong habang seryosong nakatingin sa lalaki. Napahinto rin maski si Vienna na lalabas na sana ng opisina.

"Frost and Svetlana are abducted." pamalita nito. Napatayo ako mula sa aking kinauupuan habang kunot-noong nakatingin kay Blake. 

"Are you serious?" Mariing tanong ko. Sunod-sunod na tumango si Blake at pumasok sa opisina. Sinara n'ya ang pinto at pinakita sa'kin ang hawak n'ya.

"Someone left these images without a message or anything. Yan lang ang laman ng envelope," sagot nito. Kinuha ko sa kamay n'ya ang envelope at binuksan.

Lumantad sa'kin ang litrato ng pinsan ko at ni Frost na nakagapos at nakapiring pa ang mata habang puno ng dugo ang damit. Kumunot lalo ang noo ko humigpit ang pagkakahawak sa litrato. 

"FUCK!"  mariin at malakas na sigaw ko habang nanginginig sa galit ang katawan ko. I know who fucking did this. I know who the fuck has a rotten gut to this!

"Putangina bumalik na sila." mariing bulong ko sa sarili. Hindi ko alam kung paano ko ikakalma ang sarili ko. Lalong umikli ang oras na meron ako!

"What are we going to do, Yvaine?" nag-aalalang tanong ni Vienna habang si Blake ay tahimik na naghihintay sa iuutos ko. 

I don't know. I don't know what to do first anymore. Hindi ko alam kung anong binabalak nila. Hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin nila sa pinsan ko.

'Fuck! Being filled with different emotions doesn't help at all! I have to clear my mind.'

"Where did you find these?" tanong ko kay Blake.

"Sa condo nila Frost. Nasa ibabaw ng dining table nila." tugon nito. Deretso lang ang tingin ko sa lalaki at hindi nagsalita. Indikasyon na ipagpatuloy n'ya ang pagkukwento.

"I came to their condo to visit them because Frost had been ignoring my messages and calls for days. I felt something was not right, and I was right. Their condo was a bit messy, but bloodstains are scattered on the floor and the carpet. Some are on the sofa, and strands of hair are also visible on the floor. I immediately gave it to Avon to run for tests, but I still have to wait for hours to receive the result," he said in detail. I slowly nodded my head and shut my eyes to calm myself.

'I have no time anymore.'

"Give me the result immediately and try to trace any thread that might lead us to them. No matter how thin the thread is." I commanded. Blake nodded repeatedly with a raging anger in his eyes. I dismissed him and waited for him to leave before shifting my gaze to Vienna.

"Ready the punishment room for later and gather all the solitaires." I ordered to Vienna. Tumango ito bilang pagpayag.

"Understood." tugon nito at magpapaalam na sana ng muli akong magsalita. Deretso ko s'yang tinignan. 

"Don't tell them anything yet. I'll confront the traitors first, then we will save Vena and Frost."
