The new Defense Aganist the Dark Arts teacher is creepy, his eyepatch is giving pirate and I can't take him seriously, ever. But he's brilliant. Terrifying, but brilliant. Plus I'm already passing on all subjects so school is kinda just boring now, then again your 5th year is supposed to be your easiest one, except for your OWls. I am stressed about that, so most of my freetime has been dedicated to studying. Cedric is not very happy about this. Cedric and I see each other every now and then in the Great Hall, but he's surrounded by his friends and their isn't a lot of time for us to see each other. But today he's putting in his name!

After class he pulls me aside and we hang out in the library.

"I'm so upset, I just turned 16 why does it have to be one year off!" I complained.

Cedric smiled and went back to reading his book.

"I don't have to put my name in if you don't want me to."

"No I never said I didn't not want you to put your name in, I'm just upset I can't put mine in! Oh well, one less competitor to get your name drawn!"

He smiled and poked my book with his pencil.

"Your OWLs are this year, focus, I don't want you to fail!" He joked.

"I'm not, not when I have a great tutor!" I bragged. He smiled and took my hand. He kissed it and put it down on the books.

"Study!"

The evening had come and everyone was gathering around the Goblet, including Ced, his friends, and I. I saw Harry, Ron, and Hermione come in, talking about something unknown. Probably what everyone else is talking about, Mad-Eye Moody. Cedric came and sat next to me talking with his friends. I was reading something off my book when the twins come in yelling. Cheering coming from everyone.

"Thank you thank you, well lads we've done it!" George said.

"Cooked it up just this morning!" Fred added.

"It's not going to work!" Hermione teased.

"Oh yeah? And why's that Granger?" Fred asked.

"You see this? This is an age line. Dumbledore drew it himself!"

"So?" Fred asked amused.

"SO! A genius like Dumbledore couldn't possibly be fooled by something pathetically dimwitted such as an aging potion!" Hermione went off.

"That why it's so brillant!" George laughed, standing up.

"Because it's so pathetically dimwitted!" Fred said, also standing up.

"Ready Fred?"

"Ready George?"

They shook the potions and linked arms.

"Bottoms up!"

The two of them turned into old men with beards and long grey hair. They jumped across the line and people cheered. I laughed and Cedric rolled his eyes. They put their names in the Goblet and laughed, thinking that it was successful. But within seconds the blue flame surrounded the goblet sending them both back, their names with it. They started wrestling on the floor, both nagging back and forth at one another.

"Piece of paper pretty lady?" Cedric asked. I ripped a piece out of my book and handed it to him. He smiled and started to write his name on it.

The twins continued to argue but were cut off by a big slam of the door as Viktor Krum came walking in. They sure like to make a big enterance. He put his name in and walked out, glancing cutely at Hermione.
