Things with Roger were actually going really well! Roger was like my teenage fantasy finally coming true. Roger made me feel better about myself. Him wanting to be all around me made my confidence go up, I mean, if someone like him wanted me so badly what was there to feel bad about myself. I felt so happy for the first time in a while. Roger was the best thing I could've asked for.
Things with Fred though, got more and more complicated. Every time I saw him I'd be overcome with awkwardness and overcome with confusion. In fact, me and him haven't talked in quite a while, I'm not sure why but no worries, the first D.A. Meeting is coming up. I heard Dobby found this incredible place for the meetings!
When I spotted Roger at the end of the day I ran up to him, hugging him.
"Hey darlin." He said, hugging me back.
"You ready for the meeting?" I asked him.
"I mean a talented Wizard like me doesn't really need more work, but I'll go anyways."
"Oh stop being so stupid, let's go!"
I led him throw the halls, our hands still interlocked. When we arrived the door on the wall appeared, revealing The Room of Requirements. I gasped as the door opened to Harry and a group of people.
"Winnie, glad you could make it!" Harry said.
"Of course, I brought this guy with me, hope you don't mind." I pointed to Roger.
"Of course, the more the merrier, just don't rat us out mate." Harry said.
As the two of them talked I looked around at who was there. Almost everyone was there already, socializing and laughing. I spotted Fred and Angie talking, but I also noticed that his eyes weren't on her, they were on me. I looked back at Harry quickly, so he wouldn't catch me staring as well.
When the two of them were done talking we went to a spot in the group as Harry went to talk.
Harry had us practicing Expelliarmus in pairs. Me and Roger practice together. Having both mastered this spell already, we stood there talking.
"Potter doesn't think that we need help with this spell."
"It's probably for the people in his year and younger."
"I told you this would be a waste of time."
"It's not, these people are my friends, I enjoy supporting them."
"Whatever babe, Expelliarmus!"
I blocked his spell and relaxed my body, looking back at him.
"You're not ignoring this conversation Roger."
"What do you mean? It's not that serious."
I rolled my eyes.
"What I mean is you gotta stop doing it at, Expelliarmus, expected times!"
Rogers wand flew out of his hand and onto the floor.
"Well played woman."
"Excuse me?"
"Nothing!"

A month goes by of us being together and it starts to feel like a fever dream. Now I'm not saying it's unpleasent, but it's different, it's not what I had expected. We fight consantly, and if not fighting it's disagreeing and getting annoyed at one another. It was starting to get annoying, because this isn't what I want in a relationship. But alas I chose this, and being with him is better than being alone, or being confused about Fred.
