Like Clockwork (Year 6)

Me and Lilian were chilling in the library. Tonight was the end of the year party! I've been waiting years to be able to go to this party. It's only open for 6th and 7th years and it's held in The Clock Tower and it's the biggest part of the year.

Of course after classes me and Lilian spent some time getting ready, but I had a ton of homework to still get done before this party. Lilian was out with Danny at this time, yes they are still going strong, and she was going on and on about how he's the one yadda yadda.

"I mean he's hot as hell, he makes me feel loved, he's sweet and-"

"So we're not gonna forget what he did last year though, right?"

"Of course not, but seriously, he's been bettering himself, he's actually amazing now!"

"Well I haven't talked to him in a while so I guess I'll believe you."

"Thank you. Anywaysss are you done? I wanna get ready!"

"Yeah just a few more pages on my potions project and I'll be done."

Then there was a knock on our door.

"I'll get it!" Lilian said, jumping up from the bed and walking towards the door.

"Also your acing this class, why do you need to have it done right away?"

"Because, I wanna be able to enjoy tonight without the stress of having to still get it done."

"You're strange to me."

"Thank you!"

Lilian opened the door and spotted the Ginger boy on the other side.

"Umm, Winnie I think this is for you!"

I looked up from my textbook and smiled.

"Hey Freddie, give me a second."

I got up from the floor and quickly slipped on my slippers and approached them.

"Enjoy your civilized chit chat!" Lilian says, closing the door behind her.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Your going tonight right?"

"Yeah of course! I might be really educationally focused but I'm not throwing away a good time!"

"Good."

"Why?"

"Because I don't think me and George will be around much longer, and I'd like to spend time with you!"

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know, we were kinda sorta thinking of throwing destruction across the school."

"Oh my..."

"Yeah, me and George are gonna interrupt the 5th years OWLs with fireworks and boom stuff."

"Wow I'd like to see that!" I laugh.

"Oh you will, it won't just interrupt the OWLs, it'll interrupt the whole day."

"You're really gonna go out with a bang aren't you?"

"Yknow I will."

"Well good luck with that."

"Yeah, see you tonight I guess!"

"See ya!"

Fred walked down the stairs and out of the common room while I walked back in.

"Your potions work is done!"

"Huh?"

"Hey I'm a Ravenclaw too, I've got a brain up there, now it's get ready time!"
