Alex's POV:

The European tour was officially over. The boys and I were back in Sheffield again to have a bit of break but at the same time we were doing some final touches of our song in the studio. During the past months of the tour, we've already filmed music videos for our albums which included, Suck It and See, The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala, Evil Twin, Brick and Brick, Don't Sit Down Cause I've Moved Your Chair, and Black Treacle.

As for now, we're currently stuck in the studio. Nick has been rooting out his ideas for a song since we were on tour. He's also made his bass riff for the song he wrote and I was curious what it was so I approached him;

"It's still unnamed yet", Nick said as he was still curious of what was the song called about.

"I'll help you with that", I smirked as I sat beside him, grabbed his notebook so that I can check out on some lyrics he wrote;

'I'm a puppet on a string
Tracy Island, time travelin' diamond cutter-shaped heartaches
Come to find you four in some velvet mornin' years too late
She's a silver linin', lone ranger ridin' through an open space
In my mind, when she's not right there beside me ',

"How did you come up with this?", I suddenly asked Nick while he was still doing bass riffs

"Just thought about sommat that's kinda romantic", he stopped playing his bass and threw it around the corner. Our producer Ross was irritated of that, a bit, and I just shook my head.

"I think I'll just help you out with this, Nick. Seems that you can't just finish this in an instance", I sat down on the settee as I grabbed my pen from my pocket and began reviewing carefully the lyrics.

Matt and Jamie were just playing tennis while Nick just watched where the ball would go on each strike, Ross was observing us like a father figure, while I bit my pen to think about the words that would come up from my brain to complete what Nick just wrote.

And there was a buzz from my phone, it could be my parents or Miles or even James, Josh, but it wasn't one of them.

Avery.

She sent me a voice message, so I started playing it, listening to it carefully. Turns out it was her cover of one of the popular songs, Just The Two of Us. She used her ukulele while the rain was falling on the background. So I paid attention carefully on the way she sang the song. I wonder she'd make some covers whenever it rains,

"I see the crystal raindrops fall
And the beauty of it all
Is when the sun comes shining through
To make those rainbows in my mind
When I think of you sometime
And I wanna spend some time with you," her voice was angelic as she was accompanied by her ukulele, although I couldn't picture this since she made this before we met, I could already picture her singing this in front of me.

"Just the two of us
We can make it if we try
Just the two of us (Just the two of us)
Just the two of us,
Building castles in the sky
Just the two of us
You and I", her voice became more angelic at this part, meanwhile, the three little pigs were too noisy, so I turned the volume up so that I would hear her singing voice,

"We look for love, no time for fears
Wasted water's all that is
And it don't make no flowers grow
Good things might come to those who wait
Not for those who wait too late
We gotta go for all we know,

"Just the two of us
We can make it if we try
Just the two of us (Just the two of us)
Just the two of us
Building them castles in the sky
Just the two of us
You and I", I sang along softly with her singing voice, and then she accompanied a ukulele solo after this chorus part...
