Avery's POV: Early October 2011

I was so tired and exhausted at the same time, that's why I didn't text to Alex just like what I had promised. Maybe was the only word that I was good to come up with replies cognisantly. Not because I was annoyed by Alex or whatsoever that disturbs me, it was a constant reminder to myself to have a break for a while in the middle of a moment. I washed the dishes in the next morning, didn't brush my teeth either.

We had another round of a thesis defense, as by next week, a reading break would be occurring, and a week after that would be the examinations for the first semester of the fall season. I'm in the process of facing again the stressful part of college. I still have tons of assignments to finish.

We were presenting our thesis on the university's auditorium, there were 4 panelists and one of them was Mr. Johnson. While my co-member, Sasha was still speaking, Mr. Johnson suddenly asked us this tricky question;

"Well, since romance fiction is one of the famous subgenres when it comes to creative writing, what are the factors that might help a person to foreshadow himself after interpreting those words from a paragraph?", we chose about the Romance Fiction subgenre to be our topic in our thesis since it's one of the most interested topic that is occurring these days, especially to those who are delusional.

"Number one factor is that the person might develop a romantic relationship with someone and can withstand everything that is happened in the present days. Also, a conflict is something that has to occur between the two people involved in the love setting. And as the characters may think about everything in their particular story, they can also help to bring a brighter future ahead for the upcoming generations especially those who're willing to study here in UCLA someday. But the romance that they are needing must be interpreted in a mannerly way and that is one of the factors that might help a reader to foreshadow himself and that can help him a lot someday.", one of my groupmates, Jasper, came up with this answer, it was well answered.

"How about for your opinion, Ms. Summers?", Mr. Johnson called my name, and I was shivering due to nervousness. The audience was watching and all of my friends were there to support me. So, I took a deep breath and sighed to answer his question immediately.

I told myself I can answer this one; I lost my nervousness and here I am;

"Since we're answering this in a positive manner, I believe that one of the factors that can help a person to foreshadow himself after interpreting those written words in a paragraph when it comes to creative writing is that a good character description. It is one of the factors in the world of creative writing that helps the readers to give an illuminaton and understanding to the characters that are present in the book. Also, a main character must hold onto its good character description for it can also build a conflict towards to the other character...", I was holding my paper and took a deep breath again and my hands were shaking, "I'm sorry if I froze for a moment", Sasha was there to comfort me, "Here we go, just like what Jasper said, everything that the characters do in a romance novel must be interpreted so that the storyline of a story won't go into doom. Lastly, heartful drama is one of the factors that makes a romantic storyline clear and for the reader to understand on what the subject is about, not just the romance. Because of that, readers can also give positive feedbacks to the authors",  they applaused after I answered this difficult question

"Thank you so much for the marvelous answer you gave to us, you guys", Mr. Johnson butt in as we're already finished presenting the thesis and the students were clapping loudly for us.
