Avery's POV: Mid July, 2013

Hot summer nights, it was Mid-July.

And just like that, the dawn escaped from the tenderness, the morning sun came and it truly shined like the stars. The most beautiful day has arrived. It was finally the moment that my brother's gonna marry his long time girlfriend and best friend, but not too late.

The bridesmaids, Nicole (who was now about 8 months pregnant), Sarah, Hailey, and I were preparing everything. Make-ups and hairdressing were always the thing. The dress we wore for the event was gold sequin. We each wore high heeled sandals and bohemian flower crowns around our heads. While I was reflecting myself on the mirror, everyone from the bridesmaids gang told me I was pretty and it boosted my self confidence even more. Martha was there to show support to her beloved sister as she was the maid of honor of the show.

I gifted Debbie with an infinity heart necklace. It was golden, resembling her daylight like golden relationship with my brother. She truly loved my gift. While the bridesmaids and I were already done preparing, we took a photo altogether, Debbie was in the middle of course, whilst we the bridesmaids were holding our bouquet of white peonies.

When I saw Debbie in that white dress, it was spectacular. As her hairs were curled down, she was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen since Sarah. Oh how I wish to wear a white dress someday.

We were the first ones to enter the church. Daphne and Chloe were the flower girls of the scene. Everything was perfect. It was the same place where my parents got married decades ago. The spectacle was bohemian. If I ever get married someday, maybe I can book something in Greece or in the highlands of Italy.

Debbie walked down the aisle with her father, Roger, as the veil was tucked on her hair. Patrick, and all of us were looking at her as she made her way to Patrick. Seeing two people in a scene in love, it wasn't any movie I was seeing at all but instead a reality. My parents, especially my brothers were beside Patrick as the both of them were looking and smiling to each other while the priest was speaking.

And they exchanged vows, promised to love each other, for richer and for poorer, for sickness and in health, and there it goes, the bride and groom finally kissed and we all applause for the married couple. They smiled and kissed once again as they walked out of the aisle.

I hope someday, I'll finally be the one who's gonna walk down the aisle.... And to see a man smiling and looking at me just like what Patrick did to Debbie.

And now the partying began. Dances and singing were in one place. I was with my fellow bridesmaids during the entire time. I greeted the guests who made it to the event, and the event still flows.

I congratulated once again my brother and now my sister-in-law. Time flies. Everything that love bounds is completely, eternally timeless. With the whimsical behavior of each string.

I talked with Debbie the entire time, she was smiling;

"I've seen it in his eyes ever since we started and graduated college", Debbie was smiling. She was happily and madly in love with Patrick.

I hugged her again, "Congrats, you two. I'm officially your sister-in-law"

When a waiter passed, we grabbed two glasses of champagne.
