VIVAAN
I came to my penthouse at 7 pm, after a week long emergency trip to south Asia, for some business settlement. Avi was working here, but there it required my special attention, both for my on & under the table works. I sighed.
I was unable to meet my Doll, & couldn't even apologize to her. I missed her so much.
I called for Vidhi, but there was no sign of her. I inquired the maid, & she said she didn't come home from the college. I got worried, what if my enemies targeted her? No no, this can't happen. I called her security chief, & he said that she gave them a day off in the noon, & those lazy asses agreed to her! I fired them all. I have had enough of their bullshit excuses. I called Avi to find her whereabouts. I threw my coat, & my tie, unbuttoning the top buttons of my white shirt, still wearing my grey waistcoat. . I was moving to-&-fro in my study, when I heard someone entering. I came down, & got relaxed after seeing her, I asked her whereabouts, & was shocked when she said she brought my angel with her! My mouth hung open, & my eyes widened, looking at her figure sitting on the couch with her back facing me. Vidhi made her stand up, & turn to me.
She turned, & my mouth hung open, my heart fluttering, but I composed myself, cause I knew she was Vidhi's friend, & didn't want my sister to think of me as a pervert.
"Even luck is with us!" spoke my happily dancing subconscious. It was dying to have a look at her, like me.
& she was looking like an angel in that dress of hers. I love her wavy hairs open, coming wildly on her face every now & then, like teasing me. I wanted to brush them off, but alas!
Her expressions were worth a million dollar! Firstly she didn't look at me, confused, nervous & frightened a bit, then she ever so slowly, & cutely rose her eyes. Her eyes grew wider, mouth hung open, palms fisting her dress tightly. She kept on staring for a few moments, without blinking, & then suddenly started hiccupping harshly. I smirked at her. She could never hide her emotions. Her eyes reflect it all. She is like a clear glass, you can see through her.
"Aisha? You alright?" said Vidhi concerned.
She was yet standing with the same expressions, hiccupping, with her hand on her mouth. My smirk grew, & I went near her, & asked Vidhi to arrange some water for her.
Vidhi herself went, instead of calling any maid as firstly, she cares too much for Aisha, & secondly, she likes to do all her work by herself.
Aisha looked at me with shock, still unable to compose herself, & I just smirked staring at her. Her hiccups increases, with my each step closer.
I held her arm, & made her sit on the couch, with me beside her, & she didn't protest at all. I liked the effect I had on her. Then I kept my one hand on hers, comforting her. Then reality hit her, & she slapped my hand away, shifting a bit away from me, looking down in shock, & anger, breathing heavily & hiccupping yet, & I didn't like her running away from me.
She put her one hand on her chest to calm herself down.
"Water!" here came Vidhi all concerned.
"Th-- Thanks." spoke Aisha hiccupping. She relaxed in a few minutes.
She has not forgotten that incident yet.
'Who else in her place will ever?' replied my totally-on-Aisha's-side subconscious & I agreed.
But her surprise is not something that I get. Did she not know me as Vidhi's brother? Or did she not know me properly? But that's not possible right, I'm Vivaan Khurana, the King, & everybody knows me.
