"It's not that bad!" my stomach ached from laughing, dipping some French fries in chocolate sauce once again but watching the man sitting in front of me grimace.

"C'mon, it tastes like feet." Jeongguk scoffed, forcing himself to swallow as he gulped copious amounts of water, making me giggle again.

Another month. Just like that. Time sure passes on quick. I was now 19 and a whopping month old, the only month when our gap was just a single digit.

In this period of being as humanly close to him as possible, I learnt numerous ways to fuck with him and… fuck him. With just a pout and wide eyes, I could get him to do anything I wanted. It was like a cheat code.

One consequence of all that eating and laughing was the press of my bladder, making me cut back before another snort could leave me.

"Washroom," I said, standing up from the table. "I'll be back in a bit."

His whole body suddenly tensed, looking around the empty space. Everywhere I would want to go, Jeongguk would simply purchase the entire place, it was after two weeks I realized why the malls were always so empty, another two weeks when I had to request him to only rent the whole place. "I gotta go." I forced a chuckle, scanning my eyes through the gigantic mall but searching for the washroom sign.

Shaking my head, I walked around the table, caressing his shoulders but wrapping my arms around him, not forgetting to press a chaste kiss on his cheek. Another cheat code, note down ladies.

"I'm tough," I whispered to which he nodded, "I know."

"That means I can take care of myself." another kiss. And this time he returned it, making me snooze nature's call.

"You have, you still do, and you will. I've just joined in to." Whenever he smiled, it wasn't simply a turn of his lips, rather it started from the curve of his gorgeous eyes, tiny lines forming around them, cheeks puffing and finally, he smiled. "Now we take care of each other."

Butterflies erupted in the bottom of my stomach. Before I could truly be warm with blush, one of the butterflies must've deviated and hit its head on my bladder, the pressure getting unbearable the more I stood.

"Nice try but you're not coming with me." I pulled out a tongue at him. "Besides, it's not like you don't have your men scattered everywhere. I'll get to check if they're even working or not. And if I get kidnapped, my knight in shining armor will come rescue me, I'm sure."

All the softness in his eyes disappeared and they turned into threatening, alarmed slits. "Go already now…before I accompany you inside."

Taking it as a threat it was, I hurried to follow the sign, pressing my lips as the natural causes really had no patience.

Despite the fact that I've always dreamt of going to a mall when it's empty, after seven times it has gotten boring. And right now it proved to be a nuisance when there wasn't even a lady around to help me search for the damned room, just the murderous looking men of Jeongguk.

Walking a mile, I was breathing heavy at this point when I came to a stop, and if my eyes could glow, I'd be a lightning strike.

All this time, a man was deployed just outside, his suit-clad body taut except for the eyes that revealed any of him, that too concealed under tinted glasses, it was only his eyes that moved left to right in constant alert.
