The Flash/Zelda/TBB.
"You were so close!" Caitlin said, examining Barry's injuries.
"I don't think getting my butt handed to me is 'so close'," Barry said, wincing in pain.
"What matters is that Hyena escaped," Cisco said, finally coming up with a nickname for the Meta. "I know. It's not my finest."
"Have we figured out if this Meta is from Alchemy or the Particle Accelerator Explosion yet?" Joe asked, walking in with someone else. "Also, I need those Power Dampening Cuffs. Now."
Caitlin reluctantly took the cuffs off herself, feeling an icy sensation course through her veins and handed the cuffs to Joe. Caitlin had only been using the cuffs because Julian and Cisco were fixing her necklace. Joe cuffed the figure he was holding before whispering, "just in case."
"Who is this?" Barry asked.
"I am Tech," the figure answered.
"We found him wandering near CCPD. Our Meta alert went off, and we captured him," Joe said.
"I never meant any harm!!! You didn't have to come running at me with your flashy guns pointed at me!" Tech argued.
"We should do some tests," Caitlin said, putting a lab coat on.
"No! I am NOT a science experiment! Not anymore!" Tech cried, jerking away.
"What do you mean 'not anymore'?" Caitlin asked.
"He means not anymore," H.R said.
"Duh," Barry said, rolling his eyes.
"My whole childhood I was a science experiment! Needle after needle. Injection after injection! I just wanna go home!" Tech cried, breaking down in tears. "Where I feel safe."
"Don't we all," Joe said, walking out. "Caitlin do the tests. Knock him out if needed."
"No, don't do the tests!" Barry ordered.
"Do the tests! I am a policeman!" Joe ordered.
"Don't! I am your boss!" Barry argued.
"I am a policeman! I outrank you!" Joe argued back.
"I am the Flash!" Barry yelled.
"STOP!" Caitlin shouted. "I'll do the tests that don't include needles!"
She pulled Tech along to the lab. She plopped him on the bed, preparing various equipment.
"I don't like being argued over," Tech muttered.
Caitlin picked up the tray with the equipment on it. She suddenly froze it accidentally. She dropped it in fright, screaming in horror. She grabbed Tech's hands with an icy touch. Tech didn't even shiver or flinch at how cold her hands were. She harshly took the cuffs off Tech and slapped them around her wrists.
She breathed heavily, calming herself down.
"You should've gotten minor Frostbite from how cold my hands were. Yet you're fine," Caitlin said, examining Tech's wrists.
They were a normal colour, no sign of being cold. She grabbed the thermometer and stuck it in his ear, checking his temperature.
"Your temperature is a little high, are you feeling okay?" Caitlin asked.
"Never felt better," Tech said. "Look, every test that you can possibly do has already been done. I am not bad. Unlike all these...'Meta's', I am good. I know what I can do. You're gonna help me get home."
"Fine, but you help us, and we help you, deal?" Caitlin asked.
"What're you up against?" Tech asked with a huff.
