Chapter 5: Surprise Visits

3rd POV

It's been a month since the Cullen's left, and Lilith went MIA. Alec knew for sure that she was in some state causing mayhem because of the news saying there is a possible serial killer on the loose, endangering many people's lives.

Elijah on the other hand didn't know this. He just thought there was a nomadic vampire going around causing mayhem. The man was also worried because he hadn't gotten any calls or texts from Lilith. He would attempt to call and text her, but it wouldn't ever go through.

Due to the fact that while hunting Alice likes to stay focused and not look in the future, she has no idea what's going on. She's tried to look into visions of Lilith, but it seems she's blocked out like when they first met.

Everyone was worried about Lilith. Not only her, but also Edward. He had left right after his actions and went to be on his own to clear his mind of Bella.

It's now October, something Lilith looks forward. Not only is Halloween her favorite holiday, and her birthday, but it's the best day for her to go out and hunt. Such a thrill it is.

Elijah's POV

Today is Lilith's birthday, and I still haven't gotten any response from here in weeks. I worry that the rouge vampire, well Carlisle thinks that, has become fascinated in Lilith and went after.

I'm going to visit her on the first flight over. I can't handle the distance between us. I feel my heartbreak each second we are separated. I really hope Lilith is doing fine.

Lilith's POV

I feel amazing! It's my birthday today
I'm officially 18. Not only does that mean I am officially an adult, but I stop aging, well physically.

Bella stays in her room just staring into an abyss. She has made no progress of moving to do anything sense Edward dumped her. I don't even want to walk her room because she hasn't showered. Dad places food in there for her to eat, but she rarely eats it. It's truly sad if you ask me.

Oh, don't even get me on the constant screaming since Edward left. Her little "traumatic nightmares" got her screaming like a Banshee. I literally started staying at the cabin more because of it, but I'm not going to allow her to ruin my day at all.
