3rd POV
Setting: Prophetic Realm

Lilith walks slowly down the endless halls of the prophecy hall. Orbs, cylindrical containers, and jars are filled with the fate of billions. Lilith's on the search to find her fate for bringing back her brother.

She wanders aimlessly, her heels clicking every step she makes. Frustrated with the long search, Lilith uses her powers to spawn her prophecy. An orb floats carefully in front of her, hovering over her palm held out. Lilith faintly touches the orb for it to reveal the prophecy of bringing back Alec.

"To bring one's life back, you must sacrifice another. As simple as it may be, there's always a catch," a disoriented voice announces. The orb turns into a crimson red before being pulled back to its original place. An unknown, blood-curdling scream emitting from it.

Lilith scoffs at the message, staring over the billions of prophecy. "There's always a catch, ain't it?" She questions in a condescending manner. The Mexican female turns on her heels and walks to the portal, her exit. Her hips sway as she strides elegantly. Once Lilith enters the portal, she's back to her world.

Lilith's POV
Setting: Lilith and Elijah's home

I return from Prophetic Realm to see the love of my life rapidly moving around the kitchen, cooking. At the sound of my heels clicking on the vinyl flooring, he looks up, and his eyes meet mine. "You're back, mí amor. What did you find?" He verbalizes.

I let out a sigh. "Nihil quod iam non scivi," I announce. I walk further into the kitchen and take a seat on one of the stools.

"Who do we go find to help us?" He asks, now plating the food. Elijah pushes a plate in front of me. He made smothered chicken and rice, which he's able to eat with a blood infusion.

Ever since he's learned that he can eat human food again because of blood infusions, he's been cooking nonstop. It's nice to get a break from cooking every then and now because when I cook, I don't eat it. I'm happy to cook, but because I get drained while doing it, I don't eat the stuff I make.

Nevertheless, when he cooks, I eat. Now, I take a bite before answering his question. "We need to go to the Necromancer. The only problem with that is he's in the Forgotten Realm," I note.

Elijah lets out a hum. "Are you and Alec also unliked in that realm as well?" He teases, a chuckle escaping from his mouth.

A smile makes its way onto my face. "Oh, we are hated there. Most of our enemies come from there," I beam, looking at my food.

I feel Elijah's familiar warmth on my hand. He holds my hand, caressing the top of it with his thumbs. I look up at him to see him smiling down at me. I automatically get lost in his eyes. His hand comes up and cups my cheek. I lean into his touch.

We don't say anything to each other. The feeling of touching each other is more than enough than a thousand words. There's a moment of silence before Elijah speaks. "It feels nice to see you smile despite everything going on," he utters out.

The corners of my lips subconsciously lift upwards. "Well, I have someone like you who keeps me grounded. You've helped me through most of this, and I love you for that," I voice. Elijah glances downwards at my lips before pulling me into a warm, loving kiss.

Responsively, I immediately close my eyes to enjoy the moment. Times like this, in the struggling situation of bringing my brother back, keeps me aware of how much love I have from one person. That one person can help mend any void in my heart if everything goes wrong.

We slowly depart from the kiss. My eyes flutter open to look at Elijah. I wish everyone could have a special someone to be there for them. Considerably, I wish Jacob had a soul mate to lean on. Even though he has Billy, Elijah, Dad, and I, we all know that his rock is Alec.

It might seem crazy how dependable his is on Alec, but once someone finds their one true love, they don't want to let them go. One might develop habits around their very own lover's presence that they don't notice until someone points it out or that person is absent.

Love is a very beautiful thing, but it's scary how attached one can get that when that person's gone, they're a shell.
It's one of the reasons why I'm desperate to bring back Alec. Alec's my twin flame. He's Elijah's brother. He's Klaus's humanity. He's Dad's son and sanity, but he's Jacob's one true love.

As we go back to eating, my phone rings. I turn to see that the caller is Sam. My eyebrows furrow in confusion as he only calls if it's a serious matter. I look over at Elijah for a brief moment before answering the phone. As soon as I answer, I hear yelling.

"Hello," I call out, now even more intrigued as to what's going on.

"Lilith, I need your help. Jacob showed up, and Leah decided to start with him. We are trying to stop them from fighting, but I need your assistance. You can even bring Elijah," he remarks.

I look over at Elijah and see him nod his head as he stands to his feet. "We're on our way," I respond. Sam sends a quick thank you before hanging.

I let out a sigh before we head out the door. To the pack house, we go.

A/N: Sorry for such a short chapter, but if you go to conversations on my profile, there's an explanation. That's all, I hope y'all enjoy this chapter.

No photos for Food and Outfit because Wattpad's a fucking bitch and every time I add pictures or gifs in between paragraphs, it ruins the entire fucking chapter.
