I shifted a little as I was forced to take a seat, having some weird salon hair dryer covering the top of my head. It made a little buzzing noise similar to normal MRIs, if only quieter.

Looking up, I saw the one-way mirror staring back at me. Within the reflection, I could see myself. Nothing seemed out of place, I didn't necessarily feel different either.

Looking further, I saw the rest of the Original Leaguers. Batman held a grimmer look than usual. If anything, he looked mad.

"Well, don't you look pleasant today!" Flash tried, laughing a little. I didn't like that.

Batman only glared, his scowl growing. The red themed hero backed off, muttering a quick 'it was a joke'. As intimidating as his glare was, Batman was one hell of a man. I know I shouldn't be thinking these things, but they're all the same thoughts as Bruce. It's been messing with me for months now... Since I had last touched him.

"Superman."

'Speak of the devil.'

"Is all of this really necessary?" I knew it was, but I didn't necessarily like it.

He didn't say anything. I leaned back, sighing heavily. I wanted to talk with Bruce. Other than our few days training together, I haven't talked with him.

"State your name."

"Kal-El of Kryptonation."

"Power set."

"Flight, Superstrength, Super Speed, Heat vision, X-ray Vision, Cold Breath, Invulnerability, Super Senses, mostly sight and hearing."

"Known weakness or weaknesses."

"Green Kryptonite being one of the most nonlethal."

Wonder Woman slammed the door open, making a scowl form on Batman's face. She didn't look to him, instead she marched close to me. I had been hearing her grind her teeth together. It had been annoying me.

"Why did you kill those men? Do you not uphold Man's Laws?"

"I do uphold America's laws and everyone's right, but they threatened Bruce." I couldn't stand the thought of him being hurt. Of him being used like some damn puppet! "Is it so wrong? They had killed and hurt so many people, does it matter, Amazon?"

Her face flushed as her nose wrinkled and her lips pulled back to reveal her slightly sharp teeth.

"Why you-"

"Diana." Batman didn't raise his voice, didn't need to. "You purposefully angering him would do us no good. Now behind the glass."

She narrowed her eyes on him, moving toward him. He didn't back down, instead, he matched her in everything but physical step. She was only a few centimeters shorter than him, making her just not quite at eye level.

"No."

'She's being rude to him. I don't like that. I should make her stop.'

"What's your relationship with Bruce? We are assuming it is Bruce Wayne, correct?"

I took a deep breath and nodded a little.

"Yes, it's Bruce Wayne and I guess we're dating? I-I don't know... We haven't talked that far."

My eyes drifted toward Batman. It was then that I noticed that he was wearing a different mask. It was a subtle difference, but it made me curious. Curious enough that I looked.

"Kal-El."

Bruce, Batman was my Bruce! I must be lucky to have this!

"Why the hell are you grinning?" Wonder Woman's screeching voice brought my attention to her.
