Ashton quickly summoned her Tigrine and commanded it to attack Simen.
"You will be down in no time!" Ashton laughed maniacally with both her hands on her hips in a bossy stance.
Simen summoned his Vulpid as Ashton's Tigrine rush towards him.
The Tigrine finally got near and aimed to kick the Vulpid away to reach Simen but the Vulpid was fast enough to stride left then back to the Tigrine, trying to bite its leg.
The Tigrine kicked the Vulpid with its other leg, sending it flying to the side then proceeded on attacking Simen with its right claw.
"My my, that's not how Tigrines usually fight." Simen never moved an inch even with the Tigrine's claw coming near him within seconds.
Before the Tigrine can touch Simen however, it screeched in pain through a bite it received on its right hip.
"So fast!" Ash exclaimed, seeing how quickly Simen's Vulpid was able to maneuver itself from touching the ground, to getting back for her Tigrine.
The Vulpid let go before it can be hit by the Tigrine's right fist.
It moved back and jumped again to bite the Tigrine's left leg. The Tigrine kicked its leg repeatedly to make the Vulpid let go which it did after the third kick.
The Vulpid rotated itself midair to land safely on the ground, then back again to bite the Tigrine's other leg.
The Tigrine tried to kick it again but the Vulpid was fast enough to catch the Tigrine's right leg with all its four legs, burying all its claws in the leg, making the Tigrine roar on extreme pain.
The Vulpid jumped off before the Tigrine can move its legs again then repeatedly attacked and retreated on random sides of the Tigrine, confusing the latter.
"Down in no time eh, let's see about that." Simen smirked, making Ash clench her fist in anger.
"Damn now you're really going down!" Ash tried to press the absorb button on her SAT when she noticed a spider like metal device clinging to it. "What's this?"
"Ah, meet my other pets. That one by the way just jammed your SAT so no demon summoning nor absorbing for you, until you got that fixed." Simen smiled as Ash got more pissed of her situation. The spider-like device jumped down from Ash's SAT and crawled towards Simen.
"Gray! Kill that bastard!" Ashton screamed at the top of her voice, but her Tigrine is busy dealing with the Vulpid to attack Simen once again.
"Jeez, you never learn, don't you?" Simen simply bowes down as the Tigrine still tries to attack him once again but was stopped with Simen's Vulpid biting its right arm, then quickly let go.
"I believe Tigrines don't fight that aggressively. If you're reading your demonology book right, they're the type to stand back and look for opportunities. Why don't you let it fight with its specialty?" Simen spoke in a matter-of-fact way holding a beetle-like metal device on his right hand.
"Who are you to lecture me! I have been with Gray since I was younger. I know him more than you do! Finish this fight now Gray!" Ash barked, pointing her right index finger at Simen.
With the pain on both its legs and on its right arm as well, the Tigrine moved significantly slower than before. Its energy seem to have been drained as well from keeping up with the Vulpid's agility and obeying its master to attack Simen directly.
Simen let go of the metal beetle on its hand and flew to the Tigrine, landing on its neck.
The beetle injected a syringe like metal object located on its abdomen on the Tigrine's neck but doesn't seem to affect the Tigrine that much.
