It was starting of okay, Conrad went downstairs with Anna and ruby I jumped in the shower cleaning myslef off I felt something something off with my breast And armpit. A lump. No no no fuck I began freaking out as I screamed "Conrad please come here quick please" I cried as he ran in "what's up"
"I feel a lump tell me you don't feel anything" I cried
"Bells relax I'm sure it's nothing" Conrad said as he tried feeling around as he stopped and furrowed his eyebrows "there's something there" "Conrad stop it's not funny" "I'm not lying bells just get dressed okay don't stress"
"I can't have cancer I need to be here Conrad I need to be here with you and ruby and Anna" I began crying in his arms as he held me
"Should we tell Laurel" he asked
"No I can't worry her just keep it to us for now till we find out"

"I can't die Conrad"
"Belly listen to me your not gonna die okay don't worry"
"Just hold me please"
"Of course"

Conrad held me for what felt like hours as I just cried after a while he left to go to the girls as I stayed in bed, he rang the doctors to book an appointment as soon as possible I can't leave Conrad he's had to many people leave I can't do that.

Two days later
Me and Conrad left the girls with Nicole at our house why we went to the doctors
Once we arrived we signed in and went to the room as the doctor did a exam as she felt both my breast as Conrad held my hand the whole time
"I do feel a mass in your right breast we will get it examed and check, when was your last period miss Conklin" dr watson asked
"Ermm around a month ago I missed it but I'm not pregnant"
"It could be hormones messing with the tissue but we will have a double check"
"Thankyou"
I got dressed and me and Conrad walked out as I tried to stay strong
"Why me" I said
"This isn't you fault and he said it might be your hormones"
"Mhm" I mumbled as I went quiet on the ride back home I stayed quiet once we got home I walked upstairs as Nicole left and Conrad stayed with the girls

A week later we went and got another breast exam and they said they would call with the news in a few days
Everyday was hard all I could do was think the bad things I decided on the third day I had to tell mum I was scared and she already lost her best friend and I don't want to let her loose her daughter to
"Hey mum" I said as she picked up
"Hey bean"
"Mummy I need you" I said as I broke down
"Bean WhAts wrong"
"I found a lump in my breast and it might be cancer they are gonna call soon but mum I'm scared"
"Oh bean I'm gonna come be there with you where's Conrad"
"He's with the girls but I think he's struggling mummy I need you" I cried
"I'm coming bean it's gonna be okay" she said as she began to tear up.

Once Laurel arrived she told Steven and Jeremiah and they all came to be there for me to hold my hand good or bad they will be there I had asked my dad to have the girls so they wasn't here if it was bad

"How you holding up bells" Jeremiah asked as he slung his arm around me
"I'm okay, but be there for con too it's not easy for any of us hearing cancer"
"I will don't worry"
"Oh bells" Steven said as he came and hugged me as I felt tears on my shoulder 
We all grouped hugged as I began "we are gonna get through it no matter the news we will figure it out" as con and the boys began to wipe there eyes from the tears

The call came around afternoon on Thursday night
"Mum it's them" I said as the boys and my mum stood with me all holding hands
On speaker phone they spoke
"Hello is mrs fisher there"
"Yes this is she"
"We looked at the mass of your right Breast"
"Is it cancer doctor"

"No, you don't have cancer but we would like to keep regular checks has your family had any kind of cancer"
"No they have not"
"Okay well we would like to keep regular checks with you"
"What's the lump"
"It will be your hormonal tissue wich clogged up"
"Okay"
"Talk soon mrs fisher"
"Thankyou"
The call ended as we all let out a breathe as Conrad hugged me right and we both cried
"I'm so fucking happy it's not cancer"
"I know me too"
As we all hugged
"Your healthy bean" my mums was cupping my face in her hands
"Glad your okay bells" Jeremiah and Steven said
We all just stood there looking at eachother before my mum spoke
"Right I want you all to check yourselves every single day every night I want you all to be safe"
"Okay Laurel" Jeremiah agreed
My mum was overprotective over all four of us and now Susannah wasn't here the boys was her own and she protected us with her life

So that's what we all did after everyone left we all made sure to check oursleves and if something was of to get it checked.
