the bonfire, cousins beach always had it every summer at the start or whenever people wanna hook up
My uncles Jeremiah and Steven would come down so would Taylor and her teenage son who I am best friends with
Nicole and Gigi would come down and Marissa and dara they all will also cam Cameron I always call him cam Cameron because my uncle Jeremiah did too
My mum and dad would also join the bonfire it's like a family cousins beach party I know Carson will be there I'm just waiting for the worst to happen

"If Carson or his family is there u stay away Anna ain't having this bullshit ruin our night" my dad said as he stared towards the beach I just nodded my head once we got to the beach it was already full of people jumper was there as he greeted us
"Hey fishers and conklins" he said as my dad and uncles bro hugged him
"BELLYYYY" he said as he pulled her in to a tight hug
"Hey jump" she said as she pulled away
"FYI Carson and his family are here" he told my dad as they both looked at me
"Thanks jump" my dad said before we walked away

At the bonfire no one really gives a shit it's mainly everyone making out or doing drugs

My mum and dad would walk off and make out somewhere it's what they usually do at these things
My uncle Jeremiah was assigned to watch me while they went of to make out I loved how much they still love eachother even years later

Me and Jeremiah sat down on the beach as he spoke softly
"So why is your dad so pissed I mean I've grew up with him and he's never been so mad" as he chuckled

"Ah, honestly Anna just stay to yourself around here everyone find out everything" he said what did he mean everyone find out

Put the corner of my eye I saw Carson walking towards us with his older sister
She was a large girl but built like a beast
I looked up over at them and Jeremiah kept his focus on me
"LOOK AT ME AGAIN ILL FUCKING KNOCK UR TEETH OUT" his older sister screamed
"Vick leave her alone" Casper said trying to calm her down
"No she's ruining your life" and she kept charging towards us Jeremiah stood up pushing me behind him
"Turn around" he said to caspers sister

"I'm not gonna let you give a beat down to my brothers daughter" Jeremiah said as he got up close to her

"I suggest you turn around and get of our side of the beach" he said not breaking his stare from them
"Fine you win we will be back fucking cunts" as they walked off muttering jeremiah turned to me his hand on my shoulder as he asked

"No, can we go find my dad"
"Of course" the whole way Jeremiah kept his arm rested over my shoulder once we got to my parents they was just talking when my uncle shouted

"I think you should come back now" he said
"Why" he asked
"Because if not I can't keep protecting Anna from caspers family" he said as they both got up we was far from everyone else on the beach
As we slowly walked back to the beach caspers family was gone.
