Anna's pov
Me and Carson finally got together and it was the happiest id ever been he came over to be with my family my dad loved him like his own took him surfing and everything I enjoyed that after the deb ball we became an official couple but after the fourth month it became everything but good we kept arguing over the smallest things that I was hanging with my family to much or I was not paying attention and he I tried fighting for us.

I found out a while after he cheated with my best friend who shall not be named and honestly it killed me

I was going to see Carson at the beach I needed it I need to get away for a while
"Hey Carson" I said as I tried hugging him but he pushed me away
"Anna I can't"
"What do you mean"
"I cheated on you with Naomi"

"What the fuck" I said as I began crying he tried hugging me but I just pushed him away running back to the house crying

Once I got it my mum saw me and ran straight for me

A few hours later me and my mum was on the couch I was still crying when my dad walked through the door when he closed it I ran straight in to his arms breaking down

"Woah what happend"
"He cheated on me dad" I barely said
"That piece of shit"
"It hurts dad it really hurts"

So today I'm not fully okay after it I'm healing slowly my parents said that they would tell me there biggest heartbreaks but really it was my mums biggest one
"Can you tell me" I said

"Okay" she said as we sat at the table my mum on one said my dad on the other"

"I asked Conrad to prom to go with me and at this point Susannah was really really sick Conrad was very quiet the whole night, we went outside to talk and I left him I took my necklace of and gave it him back leaving him there I broke not only mine but his heart because I thought he wanted it to be over but really he was just struggling with his mum dying like I was, but a lot happened between me and your dads relationship and friendship that it gets better you will find other loves, new people first loves are always the hardest" she told me

"Not for a long time I tried to with this boy Corey he didn't like me he liked my friend Marcy but then Jeremiah and I gained feelings again till he cheated on me and I came back to Conrad just like he knew I would"

"Hmm, I always loved your mum just like she loved me since she was 10 but first relationship with a girl was with a girl named Aubrey she ended it with me because I changed and it broke me but a more bigger love that felt real was with your mum that was true love you'll know when you find the right one"

"You will find it one day just have to wait for the right person" my dad said as my mum added
"You'll know when he's right because he won't just give you flowers and candy he will give you the moon and the stars to just like I got"

"Ye, I mean if your a Conklin or fisher pretty hard to resist I mean look at your parents my dad said laughing as ruby then walked downstairs after her nap

After that I knew I'd be okay maybe not right now but soon enough I'll be okay.
