In Chapter 16, titled "The Emperor's True Identity," Samael finds himself in the emperor's real throne room, which is infected by darkness. He calls out for Keino and Keina but realizes they are not there. Suddenly, a black dim sphere appears, and black-eyed, pale-skinned creatures emerge from it. Samael fights them off using his teleportation technique. More creatures, including swine creatures and wolf-like creatures, emerge from the sphere, but a greater threat appears. It is the dark hooded man, who reveals himself as the resurrected Aza emperor. He boasts about his army and his perfection, taunting Samael. The battle intensifies as Samael clashes swords with the emperor and uses his teleportation technique. The emperor uses dark magic to manipulate objects in the environment, but Samael slashes through them. Samael manages to wound the emperor, but the emperor laughs and declares that he won't die. Confused, Samael watches as the emperor removes himself from the blade, laughing wickedly. The emperor teleports behind Samael and whispers about a new tale, leaving Samael shocked and searching for answers. The emperor's laughter echoes, and the throne room shakes violently. A white portal opens, offering a doorway to another place. Samael contemplates whether it is a trap or a chance to uncover the emperor's true identity. Despite the uncertainty, Samael walks into the white portal, which closes behind him as he reaches the other side.
