🪞Chapter Nineteen🪞

It's been three weeks since the incident with Paul and Bella. Zoey's face is healing well but she's having issues seeing out her left eye due to the scratch in her eye. The pack is aware of Victoria being after Bella and they have no interest in protecting her over an imprint.

Zoey was playing on the beach with Jared enjoying time together with the pack and Zoey's service dogs Bucky and Wynter. Jared looks to see Zoey struggling to see a little bit." Zoey, can you see me?" Jared wonders." A little bit, kind of blurry in one eye," Zoey says."I got you wanna hold my hand?" Jared says softly." Yes, but stop thinking I'm blind I'm not, it's just a scratch," Zoey says taking Jared's hand.

"Got it, is Sue going to check your vision soon?" Jared wonders." Yeah in a couple of days so stop it," Zoey says." Yes madam," Jared smiles. Jared takes Zoey swimming and the pack joins the duo in the water. Jake was there with Carly and Carly noticed Bella on the cliff." Is that the psycho on the cliff edge?" Carly questions." Yep, and I guess she gonna dive off there for attention," Zoey mutters. Zoey feels voices overlapping in her head and Sam notices," Everyone back!" Sam yells.

Zoey falls to her knees and screams, "HARRY!!!!!!" Zoey screams and the scream is so loud that Ziva hears her and runs to find Zoey." Zoey! I'm here!" Ziva says softly hugging her." Harry, it's Harry, I can feel it, I need to go," Zoey shouts running off towards the hospital. The pack chased after Zoey as Jacob rescued Bella after she was being dramatic.

The pack arrived to see Harry in the hospital and Sue was there with Leah and Seth," Zoey please tell me you're not feeling him dying?" Sue asked. Zoey looks at Harry," Please don't go," Zoey says lowly. Harry turns to face her, "Everything has its time, mine is coming and you have to be brave," Harry says softly before passing away.

Ziva pulls Zoey into her arms," No! No! No!" Zoey yells out." It's alright, don't scream," Ziva says softly. Leah and Seth were really angry and upset, Jared and Sam noticed and pulled the two Clearwaters out.

Zoey followed the pack out and found then phased and two new wolves." Woah, is that Leah and Seth?" Zoey asked Jared's wolf who nodded in response. Seth wolf trotted forward towards Zoey and Jared blocked his way." No, it's okay, he wouldn't hurt me," Zoey says reaching out to Seth who whines sadly." I know, I'm sorry Seth. I'm a banshee and I predict death and feel it, I wish I could have prevented this," Zoey says softly.

Seth nudges Zoey as if to say not your fault, you aren't to blame," Time for you and Leah to shift back," Zoey says stroking Seth's head. Jared nudges Seth as Embry nudges Leah gently. Leah snaps and growls at everyone." Leah! You're okay, I know you're upset and angry but take it easy, I don't know how it feels to lose your dad but I feel it," Zoey says softly going up to Leah.

Leah whines," You're angry that's okay, but you can't take it out on people as this is the result of it," Zoey points to her face. Leah looks up and lets Zoey hug her," You're like a fluffy doggy," Zoey says with a small smile. Zoey backs up and stands with Ziva as they all phase back and Charlie arrives to help Sue with the funeral arrangements.

Zoey saw Seth coming out of the woods and Zoey ran to Seth and hugged him and he hugged her tightly before Jared appeared." Hey, that's my imprint backup," Jared jokes. Seth backs up," Leave him alone," Zoey says sticking her tongue out at him. Leah appears very angry and Jared watches her every move.

Jacob returns," Charlie Bella has gone to get Edward from Italy so she's not going around for the funeral," Jacob tells him." For fucks sake, I'm so done with her," Charlie groans." Sorry but that girl is eighteen no longer your problem," Ziva tells him. Charlie nods in agreement with her," Zoey needs you more than her," Ziva says softly." I agree and she'll be all I'll ever concentrate on," Charlie says with a small smile. Zoey was playing with Seth and Jared and Jared hoped Seth would find an imprint soon as he needed someone by his side.
