Chapter 29 Yonozuka Station Ruin.

They're already on their way to the Yonozuka Station Ruin that Rimuru found. The ladies are excited about it, an untouched ruin, brimming with relics.

Seeing them that excited Rimuru only smiles at them.

Upon arrival Elena scans the surroundings meanwhile Sara and Rimuru remove the rubbles that are blocking the entrance.

Seeing that the area is clear she starts thinking about Rimuru.

'Did he find this accidentally while on patrol to kill monsters? That would be too much of a coincidence. I heard that those who are Old World connectors can find undiscovered ruins like this one. If Rimuru already holds lots of information about those... If I can seduce Rimuru and gets a hold of that information and sell it to the eastern district, I wonder how much money we can make out of it, it may be possible to fix Sara's condition...'

Thinking that Rimuru is just a kid without experience with women, she might be able to manipulate him to have some information about the hidden ruins.

All these thoughts were running through Elena's head right now. Elena is just a normal woman too, she's not a saint to not have these kinds of thoughts.

She snapped back from her deep thought when she felt chills on her back, instinctively she turned around to see who it was only to see Rimuru looking at her.

This makes her stop thinking about anything, her brain freezes, getting scared that her thoughts had been said out loud.

Sara: "... na! ... ena! ELENA!!"

Elena: "Ah! H-Huh? Sara?"

Sara: "Are you okay? I've been calling your name for a while now. If you're not feeling alright we can just go back."

Elena looks back at where Rimuru was only to see him getting ready at the entrance.

Sara: "Rimuru and I already finished removing the rubbles so we're getting ready but you're still in a daze and looked tense. Is everything fine?"

Elena: "I-I'm sorry. I'm fine, I was getting nervous since it's been a while since we've explored undiscovered ruins, not only that we're quite open here."

Sara: "Okay, we're counting on you to find the enemy, so make sure you're paying attention!"

Elena: "I know, leave it to me!"

'Seriously what was I even thinking? Rimuru saved our lives many times already. I can't afford to ruin our lives and relationships just because we need money. More importantly, I don't want to do anything that will make Sara and Shizuka explode at me. Especially Shizuka... Ugh, I can't imagine what she's going to do if I did something that crazy.'

Elena reflected on what she was thinking and erased her foolish thoughts. But she can't help but think about what happened earlier, she looked at Rimuru to see his reaction.

Seeing he is acting normal, though she still has doubts deep inside, she put them aside for now. If she gets distracted while exploring it might lead them to death.

They already found 5 shops so far full of relics, seeing Sara and Elena can't contain their excitement made him think again that despite some of the items already expired or of no use to his eyes it's still useful to them.

'I see, even a cabinet full of expired food can be considered a relic. Is there some kind of preservation function on it? If so, that would be useful...'

They then take all kinds of relics and put them on each of their carts until it is full.

When it was time to go Elena approached Rimuru.
