Chasing hearts

~Chapter Eleven~ Austin's POV

I was walking along the buses to go to prepare for my set and do some mic checks I checked my phone to see the time it was 4:00pm I put my phone back in my pocket and looked around thats when I saw Vanessa she was walking through the merch stands I figured I would go and say hey and see how she was doing so I began to walk towards her when she stopped and grabbed her head was she okay? I started to pick up my speed when out of know where she dropped to her knees attempting to stand up but collapsing completely. " Vanessa!!" I screamed as I ran over to her as I reached her I turned her over to see if she was conscious her face was extremely pale she must have passed out from the heat. I scooped her up in my arms and ran to a nearby bus I saw sleeping with sirens bus and started banging furiously on their door hoping someone was in there first couple of knocks their was no answer I knocked once again but louder then finally the door flew open and Kellins eyes grew wide at the sight "She needs help " I say as I climbed inside " Bro what happen is she okay?!" Kellin asked full of concern. " She passed out from the heat I think, she needs somewhere to cool off is it allright if she stays in here for a few?" I ask while still holding her I was beyond worried and I don't know why I cared so much about her " Yeah put her on the couch I'll get a wet paper towel to put on her head maybe it will wake her up a bit" Kellin replies while running cold water I carried her to the couch and placed her there ever so gently I swept the loose hair from her face " Here ya go man" Kellin says while giving me the paper towel I place it on her forehead hoping it helps "This is my friend Vanessa by the way I met her yesturday shes really cool Im sure you'll love her " I say looking at Kellin "Oh I saw her in the crowd earlyer at my set she kinda caught my attention " kellin says while looking down at Vanessa "Yeah shes a real sweetheart" I say I look at my phone and realized the time "Damn I gotta go 10 minutes till its time for my band to go on. Can you guys watch her till I get back?" I question " Yeah I'll text you if she wakes up" Kellin replies with a smile "Thanks if she wakes up keep her here so I can swing by and make sure shes okay" I say to Kellin he nodded in response and out the door I went running to my set hoping not to be late.
