~Chapter Twenty Nine~ Kellin's POV

I raced up to Austin when I saw Vanessa running away Iv never seen her so upset "Wheres she going is she okay?!" I asked Austin almost out of breath "We need to go check on her she ran to the bus" Austin says while quickly walking towards the bus I followed behind him our walking turned into jogging when we reach the bus we climbed in and all we could hear was Vanessa hyper ventilating Austin ran to the back where she was in the bathroom "Let me in Vanessa please!" Austin pleaded banging on the door that was unfortunately locked all we could hear was a muffled " Go away" in reply followed by heavy breathing I got closer to the door "Vanessa breath in and breath out slowly okay everything will be okay" I said in a stern voice I listened and I could hear her breathing get back to normal "Keep talking to her Im gonna get the key to unlock the door" I say to Austin in a hushed voice he nodded in response I walk to my bunk and grab the key I heard the bus door open it was the guys come rushing in I walk over to Austin "Okay keep the guys out of the bus for me please Im gonna talk to her one on one" I say to him he looked at me for a moment almost in disagreement but nodded and walked out to the guys as soon as they left I got closer to the door again "Vanessa Im gonna come in okay" I say in a comforting voice "No I'm fine" she says between sobs "Im not taking no for an answer" I say I unlocked the door and walked in to see Vanessa siting on the floor clutching her knees with tears streaming down her face I shut the door and sit down next to her and embraced her in my arms "I-I don't want you to s-see me like this" she croaked out "Its okay Vanessa its just me everything is going to be alright I promise" I say in a reassuring voice she put her head on my chest welcoming my embrace "No it wont he said he'll never leave me alone" she says sorrowfully "I wont let him hurt you anymore I'll protect you okay" I say while lifting her head up to meet my eyes "I don't want you getting hurt Kellin" she says in a serious tone "I can handle him okay don't worry about me" I say reassuringly "Its all my fault Im sorry this happened I should have stayed in the bus" She says quietly "Don't say that nothing is your fault sweetheart no one knew he was here" I say looking her in the eyes she looked so hurt it killed me inside it was quit for a moment then she looked up at me "I look like a mess" She says trying to smile but winced in pain "A beautiful mess" I say while kissing her forehead "I guess we better get up and out of the bathroom" She says while standing up I got up and we walked out and over to the couch the bus door opened and Austin walked back in "I sent the guys to get pizza Vanessa are you okay?" He says looking over at Vanessa "Yeah Im so sorry " she says walking over giving Austin a huge hug I could see tears swelling up in her eyes but she fought them back "Don't be sorry sis come on lets get that cut on your lip fixed up" he says while still holding her and she nodded in agreement I walked over to the cabinet and got the first aid kit and handed it to Austin he took it and pulled out alcohol wipes and neosporin she winced a little at the alcohol wipes and that was it "You don't have to worry about Steven anymore I got the security guard and he got arrested for assault he'll be gone for a long time" Austin say while handing me back the first aid kit Vanessa eyes lit up in relief "Really? Oh thank god!" She says I went to the freezer and got some ice for her bruised cheek " Here put this on your cheek it will help with the swelling" I say while handing her some ice she took it gratefully "Thanks for taking care of me guys" she says while taking a seat on the couch "Any time sis" Austin says while siting next to her I sat on the other side of her "Me Austin and the rest of the band will always be here for you " I say reassuringly Vanessa slips out her phone "I think I'm gonna go to bed Im exhausted honestly" she says while standing up "Okay you need the rest" Austin says while standing up and giving her another hug then she went to her bunk "Im gonna stay till the guys get back and help explain what happened cause they were all concerned" I nodded in agreement..
