Chasing hearts

~Chapter Fourty~ Tyler's POV

We left hot topic and Vanessa was clutching my arm looking around for another clothing department "Ooh that place!" She says then drags me into a store I didn't even get a chance to see the name of the store, we walked towards the men's section and she was going threw all the cloths looking for something nice I couldn't help but smile cause she seemed so concentrated she looked over at me and looked me up and down then grabbed a pair of black skinnys and handed them to me I looked at the size and was surprised she guessed my size perfectly "Now you just need a shirt" she says while looking threw the shirts she stumbled upon a black and red button up long sleeve shirt that said 'Reckless' in white on the back "Okay try it on! I wanna see what it looks like" she says while handing me the shirt I nodded my head and walked into the fitting room I put on the skinnys then buttoned up the shirt I put my black vans back on I kept my beanie and sunglasses off cause we were the only ones in the store at the time I stepped out and looked at Vanessa her eyes lit up at my appearance "What do ya think?" I asked "Perfect!" She says excitedly which made me laugh a little "Okay but don't you think its a little hot to where long sleeves?" I asked curiously she walks over to me and starts rolling the sleeves up to my elbow then she started to unbutton my shirt a little letting my chest show "There now its a bit cooler and the lady's wont be able to keep their eyes off of you plus if its still makes you feel hot tonight just take it off Im sure you have a great body" she smirks I blushed a little "Okay okay I'll get this then" I say with a smile the whole time I was changing I couldn't stop thinking of Vanessa she drives me crazy but I know she only thinks of me as a friend I walked out of the dressing room and purchased my cloths and checked the time "Hey the party's gonna start soon you ready to go?" I ask looking over and Vanessa "Sure" she says with a smile we walk out of the store I didn't feel like putting my beanie or sunglasses back on but I soon regretted it when I heard a bunch of girls scream "Oh my god its Tyler Carter!!" I turned to see some girls running our way I grabbed Vanessa's hand and ran out of the mall we hurriedly got into the car and speeded out making sure not to hit anyone of course once we were away from the mall we both burst into laughter "Wow that was crazy I cant believe that happened!" Vanessa says while trying to catch her breath "I wasn't expecting that" I say while laughing a little the rest of the car ride back to warped we mostly just told cheesy jokes that made us laugh way to hard once back at warped I parked the car and stepped out with my bags in hand "Time goes by way to fast" Vanessa says while getting out of the car "I know sometimes I hate it" I admitted she looked up with a smile and gave me a hug I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her tightly taking in her scent of vanilla "Thanks for taking me to the mall I had loads of fun Im gonna miss this, warped has been so fun" she said still hugging me "I know its been fun but I'm sure they're will be more fun to come" I say with a smile we pulled apart "Hope so Ill see you later at the party okay" she says with a smile "Okay later lovely" I say with a smirk I watched her as she walked away once she was out of sight I checked the time and noticed I was running a bit late I got back into the bus to get ready for the party.
