Chasing hearts

~Chapter Sixteen~ Vanessa's POV

I woke up at six and quietly got out of my bunk I took the opportunity to go take a shower and put on my cloths once I was out I brushed out my long black hair then grabbed my phone I checked the time it was seven thirty I decided I would make the guys a thank you breakfast for letting me stay the night I looked threw there cabinets and found a box of pancake mix and some eggs I even found bacon so I decided to make that I grabbed a pan and went to work. I began humming a tune while cooking I enjoyed cooking it got my mind off of a lot of things I pulled out my phone and sent Austin a text saying " Goodmorning sunshine " I was in an great mood for some reason I started singing I don't wanna miss a thing by Aerosmith I grabbed some plates and set them on the table and began to finish cooking the bacon " Wow smells delicious whatcha making?" I heard a voice taking me by surprise I turn around to see a sleepy looking Kellin " Oh eggs, bacon and pancakes I hope your hungry" I say with a smile then all the other guys walk in " I knew I smelled food!" Jesse says while stretching "Yeah guys dig in I made you a thank you breakfast" I say as I set out some juice and glasses I watched all the guys as they filled there plates up " Thank you for what?" Gabe asked curiously while stuffing his face with pancakes " For letting me stay the night it was really sweet of you guys"I say with a smile " Oh it was no problem at all Vanny" Justin says "You might have to stay forever and cook for us just saying" Jack says with a mouthful " Hey I wouldnt mind at all" I say giggling Jack raised his eyebrow and smiled while looking at the others " I heard you singing this morning you have a great voice" Kellin says while smiling at me " Thank you" I say while blushing like crazy I checked my phone and read what Austin texted me
Austin:
Morning!! Wanna join me to get some starbucks??
Me:
Yeah sounds great meet me out side the bus in ten minutes?
Austin:
Sure thing!
I shoved my phone in my pocket "Sorry guys but I gotta go Austin wants me to go get some coffee with him" I say to the guys as I start to walk " Aw! Stay and eat" Jesse says " Yeah don't leave so soon" Gabe says "When will we see you again??" Justin says " Are you and Austin like a thing?" Kellin says I looked up overwhelmed almost "I can come back after I get coffee or I could see you guys play today and no me and him are just friends I literally think of him as a brother thats all" I reply Kellin looked relieved after I said that " Yeah come see our set! That'd be awesome!" Jesse says with a smile " I'll be there" I say with a little smile " Its at two!" Kellin replies " Okay see ya later" I reply while walking out the door to meet Austin.
