It was morning and your husband was still asleep. You and your 10 month old were in her play pen in front of the television. Watching her play with the teal coloured piano with large rainbow coloured keys that lit up and made sounds when she tapped on them.

She had it for quite a long while as it was a gift for her when she was 100 days old. She sat down and slammed her chubby palms on them. Seeing her make loud noises with the toy made you smile but soon realising that no sound or light came from the piano which made her confused.

You didn't think she would realise it wasn't working and that she would just play with another toy so you closed the playpen door and went to make her some food.

You mashed some bananas with a fork in a bowl and you got a banana for yourself until you heard a cry. Your husband was still asleep and you didn't want to wake him up so you put everything down and went to her. She was sitting slumped down on the floor in front of the piano.

"Euhhhhh maaaa", she cried as she looked down. "Eeuuuhhh ahhh", she kept crying as you hugged her. "It's okay, shhh, mama has food", you said as she looked up at you.

"Mmmmm, euhhhh", she stopped when you brought a spoon with her mashed bananas. Soon you cried her to her baby chair not so far from the playpen and sat down with her. Feeding her as she forgot about her toy piano.

"Hey love". Your husband said as he came out of the room. "I heard a little princess cry just now", he said, rubbing his eyes.

"Yea, you wanna speak to the little Princess?" You teased your daughter bopping her nose. Areum looked up at her father with her bambi eyes as he picked her up.

"The piano stopped working so someone was upset" you said as he pouted. "Okay, dada will fix it for you okay? But you have to say dada", your husband said. "Dadadada!" She said gripping onto his nose.

"Oh yes love, stay with mama and dada will change the batteries okay? I love you", he said putting your daughter back in her baby chair as she continued eating.
