"Sweetie, please sleep for mummy" the wailing baby refuses and fusses around. You decided maybe putting her down to her crib would be a good idea. You put her down just now and she ended up fussing even more.
Her father is also at work due to his recent start of a hectic schedule so you look after your 5 month old.
After a while of carrying her around the house and calming her down, you manage her to put her down calmly. You sigh as she starts to play with her plush toy in her crib and fidgeting with her mittens.
You just let her fall asleep on her own as you decide to get some sleep and wait for your husband.

You hear a door creak seeing your husband walk into the room. He takes a look at you and thinking you're asleep. He moves around quietly and takes a look at his baby.
"Sweetie, why aren't you asleep? Hm?" He pokes her tummy seeing her smile. "Did you give mummy a hard time? Don't bully her okay, it takes a lot to watch over you. But daddy will be home tomorrow and I'll play and watch over you okay?" He leans down to kiss her forehead tucking her in before taking a shower.

You hear the shower stop and the bed dip beside you. Flipping over to his side facing him. "You're awake?" He tucks your hair behind your ear. Pulling you close and kissing your forehead. "Mh, heard you enter. Seo gave me a hard time, refuses to sleep", you spoke softly to him.
"My little girl always gives you a hard time but it's okay, i don't have work for the next 3 days, I'll watch her with you. Sleep in in the morning yea? I'll settle her", you smiled. "Thanks, she should probably spend some time with dad. Hopefully she won't hurt you a hard time".
He chuckles at your comment bringing the blanket up to your shoulders. "Let's sleep before the little monster wakes up", Jungkook suggests as you agreed shutting your eyes.
