2.16 a.m.
"Mama, mama", your daughter said shaking you a bit. You opened your eyes to see your two year old daughter as tears filled her eyes. She was dressed in a pink night gown you pit her in the night before. "What happened love", you said lifting her small figure to your chest. As she sat on your lap with her head on your chest as your hands were on the back of her head and her back. Soothing her.

"I had a bad dream", she said with her little voice. "Aww, my love, you want to sleep with mama?" You said as she nodded. "Papa?" She said as she sat neside you. "He's not home yet, let's sleep first okay?" You said getting her to lie down. "Does papa love us?" Your daughter asked. "Of course he does, he works, and earns money for the family, he plays a huge part in our lives", you said brushing your hand through the little strands of hair on her head. "Sleep love", you said kissing her forehead as she closed her eyes.

2.51 a.m.
Jungkook entered the house, tired as usual. He is the ceo of the Jeon enterprise. One of the largest companies in Korea. He had a daughter, two year old Areum, but he rarely spends time with her. He wasn't the most affectionate person and his biggest fear was making his one and only angel feel unloved. He loved her, he really did. He just didn't know how to express himself.

Getting out of the shower, he was about to lie down beside you. Seeing his daughter there, with tear stains on her little cheeks and puffy eyes made his heart break. He wondered why she cried but didn't want to wake you so he went to sleep beside his daughter and you. Reaching his hands over to you to hug you through his daughter. You were his safe place. Someone who he could talk to at his tough times. Someone who was his entire world. Now shared with his other little girl.

8.37 a.m.
"Dada?" Your daughter said rubbing her eyes seeing her father she rarely met despite living under the same roof, lying beside her. "Princess?" He said as he tried to pull her close to him. But when she didn't budge, it caught him off guard. "No papa, you no love me, no papa", she said as she lied down beside you hugging you as you were asleep and facing her. "Mama", she said as you wrapped your arms around her still unaware of what just happened.

Jungkook just got out of the bed, to change his clothes and head to his home office since it was a Saturday. Getting started on his emails,he couldn't focus. It was like his night mare came true. His daughter feels unloved. Probably even hates him.

9.19 a.m.
"You okay love?" You asked and you entered his office, giving him a shoulder massage. "It's reum, she said something and I can't get it off my mind", he said running his hand through his hair. "What did she say?" You asked sitting on his lap. "She said I didn't love her, y/n, am I a bad father? I can't even be good enough to make my child feel loved. I know I'm not the best at expressing my feelings but I just don't know what I should do". Your husband said as little tears started to stream down his face.

"Love, she's young, she has more to learn, talk to her, she probably doesn't mean it", you said wiping his tears with your thumbs. He nodded. Walking to your shared bedroom where your daughter was. Opening the door slightly to see your daughter with tears in her eyes, looking at her doll she raised with her arms. "Does papa love us? Maybe he loves you not me, everyone has a papa. It's like I don't", your daughter said. Pulling her doll close to her turning to face the big window opposite of where Jungkook was standing. You and jungkook watched the entire scene. Jungkook walked out with tears in his eyes. "I failed, his could I make her feel that way", he said. Seeing the sight of how his daughter felt about him was all wrong to him.
