your eyes fluttered open as you tried sitting up. your sleepy yet alert husband felt your movements and helped you up. "where is she?" you looked around the room.
(you fell asleep earlier due to the pills they gave you just now) "she's with your parents, i can get her if you want", he stood up ready to leave and get your daughter.
"it's okay, give her some time with her grandparents", you spoke calmly, wanting to just treasure the time you have with your husband. "is she precious?" you asked. "i wanted to see her with you", he answered kissing your forehead as your parents came in with your daughter. they rolled the glass bed beside you as you and your husband peered over to see the bundle of joy you've created. (they left after, giving you two some time)
"hi lovely", you picked her up and she was already hungry for mummy. you started breastfeed her the way the pre-baby classes taught you. your husband was beside you the whole way.
soon after she was full, you burped her by resting her head on your shoulder and patting her back. "first feed done, you wanna go shower? i can watch her" jungkook suggested. you nodded as you placed your baby seo-a back into bed.
jungkook helped you up as he got your clothes while you walked into the toilet. you took a nice warm shower, relaxing while knowing your daughter was in safe hands.
