"Lisa-nim, His Excellence Wu Yifan is requesting your presence for a meeting in the Horizon Conference Room by ten o'clock," Ada informed the said lady.

"Of course. Do you know what is the meeting all about?" Lisa asked.

"An urgent request from members of the Arcanus Alliance, it seems," Ada checked her tablet.

"If it's the Arcanus Alliance, the Department of Diplomatic and Foreign Affairs should be able to handle it. So why need me?" Lisa was baffled. "Thank you, Ada-ssi. I will be there."

The receptionist returned to her station. The information stirred the Department of Infrastructure.

"Does the Arcanus Alliance need a new building?" Rose thought.

"But if a new building is needed, it should be Jisoo-unnie's department, not Lisa's," Jennie pointed out.

"As far as I know, the Arcanus Alliance convention hall is in tip-top shape, so it shouldn't need any maintenance," Jisoo said.

"So, why me?" Lisa put a finger on her temple as if to think.

Come the scheduled time, Lisa asked Tao to answer the calls on her behalf before heading to the Horizon Conference Room. As she opened the door, Kris, Shotaro, and Sungchan were already there.

"Good morning, Your Excellence, and Shotaro and Sungchan," Lisa greeted.

"Since Lisa-ssi is here, we will start the meeting," Kris stood up.

"The reason for this meeting is about the urgent requests our bureau received both from the Kingdom of Enchancia and from the Guardian of the Miraculous," Shotaro started.

"Can you please expound on that?" Lisa requested.

"The next Arcanus Alliance convention should be hosted by the Kingdom of Enchancia, according to the agreed upon cycle. However, since the kingdom was attacked recently by a reawakened evil witch, they will not be able to recover in time for the hosting. Thus, they asked the Guardian of the Miraculous, the next host in line, to take over," Sungchan elaborated.

"However, by an unfortunate turn of events, the previous guardian renounced his title in a way to ward off an archenemy of theirs. So, the new guardian politely declined the offer to host the convention in the meantime and asked for our help instead," Shotaro completed the picture.

"Ah, I see. Still, I don't see where I fit into all of these," Lisa was clueless.

"Our planet accepted to host the next convention less than ten months from now," Kris joined in. "As the executive assistant to the bureau of maintenance, I want you to spearhead the committee that will prepare the convention hall for the upcoming meeting and make the necessary maintenance work."

"Noted, Your Excellence. Anything else?" Lisa took notes.

"While the maintenance is happening, I also want to renovate part of the convention hall," Kris revealed. "After careful consideration, a high-security room needs to be added to the hall to safely keep the magical artifacts entrusted to us by the Kingdom of Hallyu. Can you look for a competent architect for that?"

"I will coordinate with the Bureau of Design Quality and Safety regarding this matter," Lisa added to her notes.

"Please accomplish everything as quickly as possible, Lisa-ssi. And if you need anything, just reach out to Shotaro and Sungchan," Kris stated. "That would be all. Thank you."
