"Where are you guys going?" Xiumin asked his executive assistants who were going somewhere.

"To the Blizzard Conference Room, hyung," Taehyung answered.

"Why?" Xiumin's eyebrows met in the middle due to confusion.

"The joint meeting between the Department of Security and Defense and Department of Science and Technology, hyung," Namjoon supplied.

"Was there a scheduled meeting? Did I forget or was I not informed?" Xiumin wondered while he mindlessly walked to the Blizzard Conference Room.

In actuality, the meeting between the Department of Security and Defense and the Department of Science and Technology was just an elaborate ruse for Chen to achieve his intentions. In short, everyone was into it except the target, Xiumin.

When they entered the Blizzard Conference Room, Chen and his seven executive assistants were already there.

"Welcome, Department of Security and Defense," Chen welcomed them with a huge grin. "Please take a seat. We will start our meeting."

While Xiumin was still confused about what was going on, he took the seat directly opposite Chen. He was still a chief executive so he was expected to sit on the shorter side of the table.

"So, today's agenda is all about the provincial supervisors' feedback on the use of body cameras during police, firefighter, and emergency response operations," Chen started the meeting. "Chenle-ssi, Jisung-ssi, can you please report?"

The two mentioned stood up and Chenle started speaking, "According to the empirical data we received, the reports of police abuse during operations have decreased significantly by 67%..."

As the meeting continued, Xiumin was becoming more and more puzzled. Chenle and Jisung were executive assistants for the Bureau of Technological Application, Invention, and Innovation but the data they were presenting should be presented by the Bureau of Police or Fire Protection or Emergency Response which was under his Department. He should be the one who initiated this meeting, not Chen.

"...so the firefighters are requesting for the cameras to be fire- and heat-resistant to preserve the data from the cameras," Jisung reported. "That would be all for now."

Chen took over the meeting once more, "Thank you, Chenle-ssi and Jisung-ssi for those reports. I guess everyone already knows that this brilliant idea of using body cameras came from my baozi, my lovely legend of frost, Kim Minseok."

At that point, Chen suddenly pulled out a bouquet of white primrose and slowly walked to Xiumin. Highly confused, Xiumin just stood up and watched as Chen went nearer and nearer to him. When Chen reached him, he gave Xiumin the bouquet and held his hands.

"Baozi, I've known it from the moment that we met that there's nothing that I wouldn't do for you. I could make you happy, and make your dreams come true. When the rain is blowing in your face and there is no one there to dry your tears, I could offer you a warm embrace even if you're the legend of frost."

"Chen? What's happening?" Xiumin was tearing up already.

"I know you haven't made your mind up yet but I will never do you wrong," Chen kneeled on one knee in front of Xiumin and pulled out a ring inside a velvet box. "Minseokie, will you let me make you feel my love every day from now on?"

The legend of frost froze a few seconds before responding, "Yes, Dae. I would love to."

With Xiumin's answer, the whole conference room exploded into a resounding celebration. Chen took the aquamarine ring and put it on Xiumin's right ring finger, then, did the same to his yellow topaz ring. Despite the ruckus of the background, Chen kissed Xiumin with sincerity. Only the overwhelming noise of the executive assistants brought them back to reality.
