The next day, Kris brought Tao to the Exploration, the convention hall Tao himself designed. Kris led Tao to tour the building for surveying, Tao, for this part, was like a proud parent as he looked at the realization of the project which was one of the crowning jewels of his architectural career.
"This is my Exploration?" Tao mumbled but Kris managed to hear it.

Sentiments aside, Tao surveyed several areas where he planned to put the additional room in. He was double-checking to see if the actual dimensions were just like what he drew. Kris simply followed Tao around, acting like a tour guide at times when Tao reverted to appreciating the fruit of his labor.
By lunch, Kris had some food delivered. After all, he was responsible for any employee he brought to the field.
"Your Excellence, you didn't have to," Tao became uneasy when he saw the food Kris bought. "I could have ordered food for myself."
"Nonsense. I have to take care of you," Kris said in an innocent tone, which Tao interpreted as flirty.
"Sorry for prying, Your Excellence, but what is the additional room for?" Tao inquired.
"We need a more secure space to store the magical artifacts entrusted to us by the Kingdom of Hallyu," Kris answered.
"Am I allowed to know what are these magical artifacts?"
"One is a set of encyclopedias about all things magical. The other artifact is a lighting ornament shaped like a stick or small lamp," Kris detailed. "According to their instruction when entrusting those to our kingdom and several other members of the Arcanus Alliance, when the time comes that Hallyu will be in great danger, someone will be sent here and recover the artifacts back to Hallyu. That is how important those artifacts are."
"I see. Thank you for the insight, Your Excellence. I'll also consider these pieces of information when designing the room," Tao said.
"Thank you. For now, just eat up. You still have lots of work to do."
Thus, Tao ate his lunch together with the guardian legend of the sky. For the next hours, Tao measured, recorded, and appreciated the various locations inside the Exploration. By three in the afternoon, Kris and Tao made their way back to the Central Office with the legend's red Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 and some conversation along the way.
"Why didn't you mention anything about being Exploration's architect? If I were Jennie-ssi and I knew about it beforehand, I would make you the planning lead for sure," Kris shared his thoughts.
"Well, I thought I lost all my rights to claim it as my design the moment I won the contest. I vaguely remember the mechanics spoke about the winning design will 'be in public domain' and 'owned by the Central Office'," Tao recalled.
