Arthur sat with Jack, the two on the roof outside their room sharing a smoke.
"Do you like it here? With them I mean?" Arthur asked, taking a drag off the cigarette.
"Didn't think I would but, these are good people. Takes a lot for me to like someone but I'm starting to feel like this is home." Jack replied.
"You and Ms. Adler sure get along swell. What is that song you both keep singing?"
"Amazing Grace. Apparently that was her and her husbands favorite song."
"That's actually pretty sweet." Arthur mumbled, Jack smiling as he recalled.
"She and the girls have been givin' me tips on how to be witchu too." Jack replied, an embarrassed smile on his face.
"Well, is it workin?" Arthur replied,
"You tell me." Flicking the bud of the cigarette onto the floor below Jack gave Arthur a kiss.
Warm breath being exchanged as they savored this moment. A moment that felt so good.

"It ain't not workin." Arthur mumbled,
"If I'm honest I'm starting' to feel like Pinocchio over here." The blonde man teased.
"Who the hell is Pinocchio." Jack asked, seriously what the hell is that?

"Oh yeah, it's a story. Some feller from Italy told me 'bout it."
"What's the story?"
"Oh well, there's this puppet who becomes a real boy. And uh, when he lies his nose it grows longer. So I was, I'm hard that's what I wasn't saying." Arthur explained all too flustered.
"Well just say that." Jack giggled.

But before they could really get anything going they heard a shot. Far in the distance where Kerian was keeping watch.
"Shit, should we go check it out?" Jack asked, couldn't see much. Damn trees made it impossible to even try and look.

Arthur climbed back inside, but just as Jack ducted down to not his head on the top of the window. a bullet rang out. The shot audibly hitting the wall next to him, Jack fell inside,
"Shit!" Jack yelled stumbling below the window seal as a barrage of bullets began to rain down onto the building.
"Hosea. Get the hell out here."

Dutch. Arthur and Jack realized, the old leaders voice loud and commanding as he stood in front of the others. Peaking just barely Jack saw Micah, Javier, Bill, Swanson, Strauss, Pearson, Ms. O'Shea, Uncle, and Charles. All of them standing armed and ready. Even though some of 'em haven't shot a day in their life's.

"What the hell do we do?" Jack asked, Arthur sitting still.
"We... we kill them before they do us." He struggled to say such a word, how could he kill these people. They've done so much for him. He's spent so many years with them, and to kill them. It hurts. Hurts so so much.

Grabbing enough weaponry to take down a town Arthur and Jack carefully wandered downstairs. Finding the others all stood hidden behind the front door. Guns in hand as they talked to Hosea.
"I'll just try and talk to him." Hosea insisted.
"Are you crazy you son of a bitch he'll shoot you the second you go out that damn door!" Ms. Grimshaw said. Holding onto her revolver tight.

"Arthur, Jack get the hell down here!" Karen yelled under her breath. As expected they looked to Arthur and Jack. The most proficient fighters they had, the two sitting still brain storming.
"Hosea don't go out there. Everyone stay put, wait for them to come to us." Jack said,
"Mr. Yorke I'm just gonna speak to Dutch. He'd never shoot me." Despite everyone's begging not too Hosea walked right out that door to face the others head on.

"Dutch. Please what are we doin?" Hosea asked, wandering up to the man. Micah holding his gun tight.
"I could ask you the same thing." Dutch said, pointing his gun at Hosea's chest.
"Put the gun down." He replied, "look." He said once more, throwing his own revolver to the grass.
"That was stupid." Dutch said, pulling the trigger as a hole was blown through poor Hosea's lung. Blood soaking his shirt.
"Dutch, stop!" Hosea begged, falling to the floor.
"Sorry Hosea. You left me no choice." Dutch said before aiming once more to the poor man's temple.
