Believe me, I've seen worse than that. When it comes to entering a story, one thing that makes or breaks it is the writing itself. Forget about the story, or plot; can you write?

If English isn't your first language, I don't blame you, but seeing a story use slang and abbreviations for no reason really ticks me off. If you can't go out of your way to use spell check when you need it, than your story probably isn't worth reading.

Oh, and please use punctuation. I'll have a whole other chapter about sentence structure, but for now: commas. Yes, they exist for a reason. Heck, I've already used three in this paragraph. If you don't know how to use commas, or apostrophes, or semicolons (which, believe me, everyone has trouble with), than go watch a video. Get Grammarly. Read a book. Just, anything! I was taught this, and I really enjoy writing, but if you don't know how, you can do any of the above.

Just don't give me a horrid story and a headache to go with it. You can bet that if your writing looks anything like my example, I'm not going out of my way to decipher it. Is that clear?

Go ahead, do what you will with this information. Fix your story, scoff, agree with me, whatever you like. But, know that a comment about how amazing your writing is will never appear if you can't spell a single word correctly. And getting one of them is very uplifting for a writer, whether they've been writing for years, or it's their first story.

One or two mistakes is fine, even a few of they're not intended, but please edit your story. All of my chapters get edited at least twice to ensure they're as good as I can write. That doesn't mean they're perfect; not even close. Though, they (in my opinion) are a lot better than glorified chicken scratch.
