After they both finished eating, they left the restaurant and headed to the clothing store. Jason already had Marcus reserve the store for him and Aurora because he doesn't want the place to be too crowded while he shopped with her. The store's a popular one known for selling the latest and nicest of clothes and they get large turn ups because they have what the women want.
"Everything here's designer and are expensive, are you sure you want to buy me the clothes from here" Aurora asked as she looked up at Jason. They were currently walking through the first aisle and the racks were filled with recent designs from famous designers that an average person cannot afford
"Just choose any cloth that's to your liking okay? Don't worry about the bills, I'd pay" Jason said nonchalantly
"I just don't want you to exhaust your money on me jacey considering you're but just an employee at Chen Corporations and I don't want you to go broke after I leave because I sure as hell am taking all the clothes that I buy with me when I'm leaving" Aurora said while she packed clothes from the racks and gave them to Jason to hold.
Jason smiled at her response and reactions when she saw clothes that she liked and the ones she doesn't like. Anyone seeing them right now would think that she is the boss and he is her assistant because all the clothes she picked were being shoved in his arms and his arms are already full with clothes. But they know better, the employees know that he Is the infamous CEO of Chen corporations whom is rumored to not have any relationship with a woman and they are shocked at the sight in front of them and wondered who exactly is that woman?
"Okay, i suppose that's enough because I don't plan on staying long in your house" Aurora said and Jason frowned at her words but didn't say anything as they reached the counter where Jason is to pay for her clothes. The employee packed the clothes in a customized bag and swiped Jason's card without letting Aurora see the price. Jason's orders
"Don't you think it's weird?" Aurora asked as they stepped out of the store with Jason carrying two bags full of clothes walking behind Aurora towards the direction of his car
"What?"
"That store, it has the latest designs and women love this type of stores and I'd know that because I'm a designer and a woman who loves fashion but there's no single person buying things except us. That's really strange. Maybe the store doesn't have a good reputation" she said as she stood by the car door and watched as Jason put the bags in the back seat
"Maybe" Jason replied as he started the car and drive them to the store that sells art materials. They shopped for pencils, pens, different fashion magazines, drawing books, brushes and aisle even when Aurora protested against the brushes saying she wasn't really gonna paint something but draw styles on a small book.
After they paid for the stuffs, Jason began driving back to his house while listening to Aurora talk about herself and her best friend and joked how he really looked like her bodyguard because he carried all the bags and he used sunglasses and a nose mask while they were shopping for art materials
"I only carried the bags Because your hands are still too weak to carry heavy stuffs" Jason retorted trying to make sense of why he did that but then concluded that's what a gentleman would do and he's a real gentleman
"Yea, yea" Aurora said with a smug look but when Jason shot her a look, she rephrased her words saying "And I appreciate every effort of yours in making sure that I recover fast, thanks"
After they got to his house, Jason carried all the bags to the living room after he told her to take her medications and later headed out for work after receiving a message from Mark telling him he has pending files.
Aurora stood at the entrance, watching him leave, waved her hands and said "Bye, wait can you buy me cake when you're coming back please, I'm craving it or any kind of pastry" she asked with hopeful eyes
Jason shot her a questioning look and Aurora said "I'm sorry for requesting such, don't worry, you don't need to buy it" Aurora apologized and turned to go inside the house. Jason wanted to tell her that he'd buy it but she has already entered the house. He started his car and thought about how his life has gotten more interesting this past days all thanks to a particular two-colour haired girl he saved in the middle of the night. He hasn't even been to his main mansion in the heart of the city where he normally stayed and his maids and chefs are at. He smiled at the thought of what her expression would be if she got to know that he truly has lots of maids at his disposal and he thought of taking her to his mansion one day. For some reason, his heart warmed at the girl and he just found himself doing things he'd normally not do. Earlier when she told him to buy her pastries, he wanted to retort that he'd not have the time to buy it because he'd be busy but when he saw her eyes that held hopeful expression, he knew that he'd later end up buying her even more than what she asked for. He sighed as he thought of the amount of works waiting for him back at the office. That's what happens when he slack off for just a few hours. The life of a CEO.
Back at the house, Aurora arranged the clothes while admiring some that she really liked before putting them inside the walk in closet in the guestroom she's staying at after taking her drugs. She then placed the brushes and easel on the table and jumped on the soft bed feeling the need to sleep.

After sleeping for over two hours, Aurora woke up to even feel weak again 'God, did she hate sleeping in the afternoon. It'll only make her feel weaker'. She groaned and got down from the bed and walked to the kitchen looking for something to cook up. She later settled on some eggs. After eating her lunch of fried eggs and plantains, cleaned the plates and thought of what to do to keep her busy and her face morphed into a bright smile as an idea popped up in her head about what to do to keep her occupied for the afternoon. She immediately left the dining area to commence her planned activity
