 2 weeks later.....

October 1

Lizzie, Mary and Mrs.L/n have been very supportive of everyone. They were in charge of maintaining the house and giving people their needs.

And with the support that she needs, Y/n improved. Lizzie being supportive while Marj and Jonah train her every morning with strict rules increased her stamina, agility and her physical condition overall. From not being able to hop over small fences to running and climbing on high platforms with ease. It also helped her better understand her powers at work even if they haven't identified the complete range of it.

Adjusting was indeed difficult due to the fact that she got used to her powers appearing when she was still. But it paid off. Her precision in dodging and reaction time is impressive and is a great progress after a mild rut.

You didn't told me you're a fast learner.

She's... improving. Not bad.

You don't have to be ready to start. Just jump right in! Worry about other things later, you'll figure it out eventually.

Everyone becoming serious has inspired her to take everything that she needs to do seriously. This led her back to her curious self that led to being able to brainstorm decent ideas to test which brought her into the present.

Lizzie still isn't open to the idea but thank goodness, Y/n was able to convince her. The confinement had to happen since that was Stan's only way of testing and Saf's way of spotting anomalies to get rid of. Both Peter and Y/n were in the lab so she was never alone for the most part.

"Dear, I also need vanilla extract!" Mrs. L/n shouted catching up to you who's about to leave. "Got it!" You shout back.

Inside the car, Lizzie gives you a list. "Double check it, see if all is there."

"What a long ass list, are you preparing for thanksgiving?" You ask.

"Well, everyone has a special request. Mary and your grandmother handed me money for the baking ingredients, meals and others they listed."

In the grocery list, there are categories all related to food and beverages. For the basics, common house ingredients such as egg, meat and salt were listed. The next, indicates the processed foods, ingredients or beverages such as coffee, cereals, tuna, bacon and bread.

Although it wasn't labelled but it is obvious, the next is junk foods and sodas.

In Mary's list, most of her request are ingredients for meals and snacks, she also listed which to buy so that Lizzie won't spend a dime and it won't be time-consuming.

Your grandma, as per your request as well, listed ingredients for butterscotch bread, it's been awhile since you've bought one back in your home country and to found out that your other grandma has been baking that for 50 years achieving the almost perfect look and texture just made you decide in haste.

She also requested to buy extra fruits for smoothies or juice.

Marj and Saf didn't request for much, one asked for a chocolate and peanut butter spread and bread. The other requested for five boxes of cereal.

...And then there's Jonathan who asked for different types of noodles and cheese.

The car carefully reverses.

"Jonah is really committed in destroying his kidney, huh?"

"I think Saf talked to him the other night about that so..."

She continues, "I should be saying the same thing to you! You're requesting too much sweets and chips. A double whammy if you ask me." Lizzie said focused on the road.
