*Y/N's POV*

We spent the rest of the day in the dining, discussing all the next possibilities. I told them that the bombing is actually real and not part of the prank. I was supposed to conjure but I sensed someone entering the area and when I look using my telepathy, It was Chris and he got out of the hospital the moment his memories returned. He even attacked a nurse and a guard.

Privately, doctor Stan talked to me last night. He said he was scared when the bombing happened since it wasn't included but, he knew that I would survive because obviously, I have a lot of powers that can help me escape.

"We are eternally grateful for everything, we and the others wouldn't survive if it wasn't for you."

Then he asked me about my condition.

"This will be the last and this is for real, no more revising or improvisation... And this will be my gift to you.. As much as I want you to be normal, but I think being a mutant would suit you-  That is if you want to be."

He told me to think about it for two days, consult anyone that is important to me to get the best insight. And of course, the first thing that comes to my mind is to ask, Lizzie, Avery and my grandma. I didn't include my parents because they won't understand.

And speaking of my grandma, she called Lizzie last week and said that she will arrive on August 18. I asked Lizzie if she knew about all the things going on and she didn't say anything because she didn't want her to panic. This is a serious situation and for people like them to hear it- might make them insane, you know, so I understand.

Aug 17 - 8:00 am

Gecko wakes me up and it made me smile the moment I open my eyes. It feels good to be back. I caress his head and belly. "Good morning." Lizzie said. I look beside me and she was there. "How long have you been like that?"

"Since I wake up." She said still staring. "What time did you wake up?"

She tries to recall. "Can't remember." Then she do the nose scrunch and then stare at me again. I chuckle. "You're creeping me out. I thought that's just for playing a character." I stand up to prepare for the day while carrying Gecko. "And just to remind you, I still can't forget about what you did yesterday? What was that for?" I ask then face her.

"Which.. one?" She asks, pretending to be innocent. "Seriously? You know what I'm talking about, come on." I put Gecko on the chair and continue combing my hair. "A lot of things happened yesterday y/n." I can see from the mirror that she wants me to say it. Ugh.

"What you did in the kitchen?" She pretended trying to recall. "So many things happened in the kitchen too. Which one?" Lizzie sits.

Just by her tone, you will know she's acting. She said it in her Wanda accent.

"When you made Doctor Davis and the others leave. What you did before that." I face to her again, my hair now in a bun. "Oh yeah, I checked what you're cooking."

"That was after! Oh my goodness." I said then cover my face.

I don't want to blush or feel weird early in the morning. Let's keep our composure as best as we can.

I sigh and look at her. She was smiling and kept biting her lip. Ah, shit. "Ok, fine... The kiss.. What was that for?" I give up.

Her smile became wider. "Guess. I'll see you at the theater later by.. eight? After dinner. I have something to tell you." She stands and leaves the room.

There are thousands of things running in my mind right now and she added another for me to think about.

How the hell do I still have the space for that?!
