The Following Morning - 8 am

Gecko (that's what I have decided to name him and he liked it), my dear shibe was licking my face. I'm just grateful that the curtains weren't wide open yet or else i'm gonna be blind for 10 minutes. That light is painful you know.

He sits beside me on the couch then wags his tail waiting for me.

"Did someone told you to wake me up?" he moves a bit towards me, then we both heard someone walking towards here in the living room and gecko glances in that direction. I roll my eyes. "Of course." I muttered.

"Good morning." She said as she pass by heading to the kitchen. I wasn't looking at her because I was shifting from the couch to my wheelchair. "Hey, where's my luggage?" I asked as I move to the other end of the couch.

I'm pretty sure it was there last night because I accidentally hit it with my foot while I was browsing on my phone.

Coming back here in the living room. "Oh, I hid it in the closet for the mean time, and your clothes-"

"You what?"

"I said, it's too early to complain. How about we have some breakfast first?" She starts pushing my wheelchair and gecko goes down the couch. "But, You-" She said something gibberish to interrupt me.

We stop on the right side of the dining table, she helped me in shifting and then proceeded on getting plates and utensils. "You want some coffee?"

"No, i'm good. Thank you." I replied with a resting bitch face.

Now, I don't know what is going on in her head, but this bitch knows how to make me laugh, and I don't like it.

She turns around and imitates me in a wacky way. "No. I'm great. Thank you."

Pfffffttttt HAHAHAHAHA The fuck was that?

Why are you laughing?! it's ridiculous.

"Haha, not funny." I said, pretending to be annoyed. She did it again, but this time shaking her hips and not facing to me. "Haha, not funny." I put my chin on the palm of my hand, then cover my mouth. I snort and almost giggle! Ah, shit.

Keep up with the persona, you're doing well HAHAHAHA this is too good.

shutthefuckup-

She turns around with her coffee and the breakfast, which is already prepared. She puts the plates, spoon, and fork in their respective places.

"Woah." My eyes widened.

It was a fried rice with tofu. I sniff. "Mmm! That smells wonderful!" I said excitedly, mood change in a snap. I focus my gaze on the food when Gecko whimpers on the wheelchair beside me. "Aww, you want too?" I caress his head. "Um, do you have any old tupperware that gecko can use? He wants to eat too." I asked.

"Yeah, here." I got the tupperware and serve enough amount for my dog. "What did you give him earlier?"

"What do you mean?" She asks as she put a mug of hot chocolate near me and sat down. "He woke me up, you probably gave him something to bite."

I know it's weird but I smell the food and the drink often, especially when it looks good. I'm after the aroma because it's really therapeutic.

"Just a slice of meat. We were both early, and I was cooking breakfast- he was complaining like you. So I gave him a bit."

. . . . .

After the breakfast, which I enjoyed with infinity out of ten rating, but made sure not to show it obviously. I take a bath and wear my casual clothes instead of the comfy one. I planned to go to a pet shop today to see what I can buy.

"Nice outfit. Where are you going?"

"Pet shop, I'll buy few basic items for gecko."

"Oh ok, stay there- I'll go with you." She immediately left before I could even say a word.

Great. With her in public, shit's probably about to go down.

. . . . . .

We got to the store and I'm currently looking for the perfect harness. I want him to be fit since there are Shibes that lean on the obese side if not taken care of.

"Hey, I'll check for some dog food. Don't leave until I return." I heard her but didn't pay attention because I was looking for the right harness.

There is a blue that is adjustable, and the other is gray. It cost about 23-30 dollars but I really didn't care because I have enough on my pocket.

Grandma gave a thousand dollars, hehe

Since I can't decide, I use a randomizer to choose for myself. It points to gray, so I put the blue back in the container.

When I was about to turn on my right, I bumped into something. I look behind and there was a person. "Oh, sorry, I was-" I look up and a man in his 20s was staring down at me.

*
Flashing in a snap on her mind: An image of a bond paper with the words written. I was behind you earlier, you're so cute. See you again tomorrow.

I tried to move my wheelchair away from him but he grab the handle immediately then smiled in sinister.

I jump out of my wheelchair and crawl as fast as I can away from him. I can hear the wheelchair being tossed away and footsteps getting closer. While I was gasping for air because my anxiety was kicking in, I can feel my heart pounding and the cold sweat dripping on my face and back.

It didn't take long when he grabs me. Pointing his sharp knife in my face. "I want you to behave as we go out, ok?" I was shaking and I can't respond.

This man is clearly a psycho.

He put me back in my wheelchair and in a sneaky manner. We are on our way back to the entrance.
