At Skye and Lorenzo—Lorenzo had just kissed Skye, who was in shock and pulled back. "Skye, I'm sorry. I know I crossed the line. You are just here for our daughter, not me," Lorenzo said. "Lorenzo, no matter how much I try, I'm still in love with you." "I know you are! We belong together." "Lorenzo, it's not that simple. When we were separated and you were hiding, I was in a relationship," Skye replied. "Yes, with Harrison." "Of course you know." "Yes, he was just your rebound, that's all." "Probably. Lorenzo, my body isn't the same. I have scars all over," Skye said. Lorenzo went close to her. "I don't care about those scars. I want to kiss all of them," Lorenzo said as he kissed Skye's neck. "Wait, I want to know if there was someone else when we were separated." "Yes, there was. Ava, but it was just sex," Skye admitted. "And business?" Lorenzo asked. "Yes, she never had my heart." Now everything's out in the open," Skye said as she took Lorenzo's hand, and they went upstairs.

Lorenzo laid Skye on the bed, and they made love.

Alana was walking into the hallway when she heard noises. She stopped by her father's room, saw them, and ran away.

Lorenzo was in bed with Skye and kissed her scar from her burns. She felt more like a woman.

Alana was in the living room when Lila Rae came in. "Alana, where are mom and dad? I need to see them." "No, you don't. Let's go for a walk, Alana." "They are having sex. Do you want to see it too?" "No! Let's go. I'm glad they are back together," Lila Rae said as they left.
