At the General Hospital—Alana was sitting on the couch, tired and stressed about everything going on when Dex came by. "Alana, is Skye alright?" Dex asks as he sits next to her. "Yes, Mother will be okay. Dex, when is this going to stop? Will we always have to deal with this?" Alana asked. "I can't say," Dex replied. "No, you can't tell me anything about Daddy's business. Anyway, I need to go to my doctor's appointment," Alana said. Dex helped her up as Lorenzo approached. "Alana, are you okay?" "Physically, yes, I need to go to my doctor's appointment. Do you want me to go with you?" "No, I'll be okay," Alana answered and left. "Dex, we need to figure out who's trying to take over," she continued. "Yes, I have some information," Dex said.

Rae and AJ were in the hallway talking. "AJ, we need to get Skye and the girls away from Lorenzo."
"How? Skye isn't going to listen to us."
"Somehow, we have to get through to her. I can't lose them." "Me either. I wasn't happy when Skye took him back," AJ said as Alana walked by. "Alana, are you okay?" "Just going to my doctor's appointment. Dr. Robinson is doing a sonogram on me." "Why don't I go with you? You shouldn't be alone," Rae offered. "Alright," Alana agreed and left with Rae.

Lila Rae was on the phone with the CIA. "What is my assignment? What! I can't do that!" Lila Rae yelled.

Dr. Robinson was performing the sonogram on Alana while Rae was holding her hands. "Is my baby okay?" "Yes, do you hear that?" "The heartbeat?" "Yes, and another one. I'm having twins." "Yes." "Do you know the sex?" "Yes, one boy and one girl." "Thanks. Are they healthy?" "Yes."

In the hallway-Lorenzo was talking to Dex. "I need you to make sure your sisters get home safe. I'm going to talk to someone." "Do you need backup?" "No, I have the guards," Lorenzo replied. Lila Rae came by. "Lila Rae, are you OK?" "Yes, I just checked on Mother; she's sleeping." "We should go home," Lorenzo said. As Alana and Rae approached, "Alana, is everything okay?" "Yes." "Good. Your brother is going to take you home. Lila Rae, I want you to stay with us, and Rae, you're welcome to stay too." "No, thanks," Rae replied.
