At the Quartermaine mansion—AJ and Michael were talking to Alexis.
"Can Josslyn win this?" "No, because you are the biological father, it will be on your side. I do have to ask—have you been drinking?" "No." "Good," Alexis said as Ned came in. "What's going on?" "Josslyn wants to raise the twins." "We will fight her." "Yes, we will." "You're going to help?" "Yes," Alexis replied.

At Nikolas'—Nikolas was in bed with Gia. They've been having an affair since after the trial.
"We don't need to hide this." "No, I guess we don't. We are adults." "Yes, and we were engaged before." "Yes," Gia said as she got dressed.
"Do you have a busy day?" "Yes, unfortunately, I have a case I don't want." "What is it?" "Josslyn wants me to be her lawyer so she can take the twins from AJ." "Not again, like Michael?" "I know." "You don't have to take the case." "I know. I think Alexis will be AJ's lawyer." "It's probably going to get nasty." "Yes."

At Skye and Lorenzo's—Lila Rae and Adam came in.
"Mother, Daddy," Lila Rae asked as Alana came inside. She looked sad.
"Alana, are you okay?" "I just came back from Alistair's will reading." "Oh, I'm sorry." "Thanks." "What did he leave you?" "Some letters, jewelry, and a trust fund." "What about the company? Who's going to run it?" Adam asked. "Alistair left the company to his unborn child," Alana said as Lorenzo and Skye came in. "We didn't hear any of you coming in," Skye said. "What were you doing?" "I was helping your mother unpack. Now, let's eat."
