Family Shattered Part 3, Chapter 24
At Skye and Lorenzo's place—Skye and Alana were talking. "It's too late now to go back," Skye said. "I know that, and I understand why you wanted to sleep with Alistair. I knew it would happen someday, but I just wish it hadn't happened under these circumstances," she added. "Mother, I don't regret being with Alistair or having his baby. The only thing I regret is that Alistair isn't here to be with me and our baby. I'm tired of everyone looking down on me!" Alana yelled as Lorenzo entered.
"Alana! Stop yelling at your mother!" Lorenzo exclaimed.
"No, Lorenzo, it's okay. Alana, I'm not looking down on you, and I'm not ashamed of you. I just worry about you—both of us," Skye said.
"I'll be fine. Alistair left me enough money to live on," Alana replied.
"You don't need his money," Lorenzo said. As Alana's phone rang, she went to answer—Alison wanted to see her.
"I'll be right there," Alana said, and she hung up.
"I need to go. Alison needs to talk to me," Alana stated.
"We'll talk more later," Lorenzo promised.
"Alright, behave," Alana said and left.
"What did Alana mean by that? She saw us?" she wondered.
"Oh no," she thought. "Yes," Skye said as her phone rang.
"Skye Quartermaine—that's not good," she remarked as she hung up.
"What is it?" Lorenzo asked.
"I know why Alison wanted to talk to Alana. She just sold her family business," Skye explained.
"To whom?" Lorenzo inquired as Lila Rae entered.
"To Adam and Lila Rae," Skye confirmed.
